As a public community field managed by the Village of Pleasantville, Parkway Field typically does not offer commercial "promotions" or "special offers" in the retail sense. Its value is primarily derived from its role as a public amenity for sports and community events. However, there are aspects that can be considered forms of special access or community benefits:
- Community Event Access: While events like the Pleasantville Music Festival may have an admission price, the very existence of such high-quality events hosted at a local field is a significant offering for the community. These events often provide opportunities for locals to enjoy cultural experiences close to home, sometimes at a more accessible price point than larger city venues.
- Youth Sports Access: The field is a fundamental part of local youth sports leagues. Access to this playing surface is typically facilitated through registration with local sports organizations (e.g., Pleasantville Recreation & Parks Department or private leagues), which may have tiered pricing or scholarship opportunities for families.
- Free Spectator Access (for some events): For many local sports games, there is no admission fee for spectators, allowing community members to come and support their teams for free. This fosters community spirit and provides casual entertainment.
- Volunteer Opportunities: For community events hosted at Parkway Field, there are often opportunities for locals to volunteer. While not a "promotion" for visitors, it's an important way for residents to engage with and contribute to their community, often gaining free access to events they help organize.

Parkway Field Reviews
I was there for this year’s music festival. As usual, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The line up was so so, but “The Record Company” was worth the price of admission alone.
Jul 31, 2024 · Ralph SavareseField is in poor condition, you can see that they've pumped alot of money into it over the years but whatever they've done isn't working. My son plays football there atleast one a year playing against Pleasantville and I cringe every play. I fear for his safety it's an injury waiting to happen. Uneven surface, field is shared for all sports, when it rains it's a mud bowl and parking is the not that great.
Oct 15, 2017 · Lorenzo Robinson50/70 Field is ok at best. No fence, no permanent mound, no dugouts, no batting cages and the field is very patchy. With a spring and summer we are having, no excuse.
Jul 02, 2017 · Craig GloedeA relaxed music festival with an eclectic selection of local and first class professional acts. Free parking and cold water were appreciated .
