The beach is on the path that’s part of the Waterfront Walkway that goes all the way up to Hoboken through Port Liberte, Liberty State Park, Downtown Historic Jersey City (Paulus Hook, Exchange Place, Newport…), then to Hoboken. The best way to see all of it is not during the summer when the beach access to closed for the migratory bird’s sanctuary, along with other wildlife.There are horseshoe crab tours from the Liberty State Park Nature Center that will take you onto the beach in the summer.
