The Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, offering an all-suite experience that provides more space and privacy than traditional hotel rooms. This makes it an attractive choice for families, business travelers, or anyone desiring a bit more room to spread out. The hotel is particularly known for its signature complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception, which are often highlighted as significant perks by guests. These inclusions can add considerable value to your stay, ensuring a good start and end to your day without additional costs.
Like any establishment, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany has received varied feedback. Some guests praise its tranquil atrium, comfortable beds, and consistent housekeeping, noting it as a good value despite acknowledging some cosmetic needs for a refresh. Others have pointed out areas for improvement in room modernization and certain aspects of dining service. We understand that transparency is key, and we'll aim to provide a balanced overview. Ultimately, this hotel continues to be a staple in the Parsippany hospitality scene, striving to offer a comfortable and accommodating experience for its guests. Let’s delve into what makes this hotel a noteworthy option for your upcoming needs in the Morris County area.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany is strategically located at 909 Parsippany Blvd, Parsippany, NJ 07054, USA. This address places it in the heart of Parsippany-Troy Hills, a prominent corporate hub in Morris County, New Jersey. Its location on Parsippany Boulevard provides excellent access to major roadways, making it incredibly convenient for both local residents and visitors arriving from various directions.
Parsippany's extensive road network is a key advantage for accessibility. The hotel is situated very close to the intersections of Interstate 80, Interstate 287, Route 46, and Route 10. For residents of New Jersey, particularly those in the Morris County area, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany offers a compelling and highly suitable option for various needs, making it a valuable local resource.
Firstly, its all-suite format provides significantly more space than a standard hotel room, which is a huge advantage for locals. If you're planning a staycation, hosting visiting family who might appreciate a bit more room to spread out, or need temporary accommodations during home renovations, the separate living and sleeping areas offer comfort and privacy. This extra space is particularly beneficial for families with children, allowing for different activities without feeling cramped.
Secondly, the included amenities—complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and the evening reception—add considerable value. For locals, this means two meals/snacks are covered, potentially saving money and simplifying meal planning during a stay. It’s a convenient perk that sets Embassy Suites apart and can make a short stay feel more luxurious without the added cost. The peace and beauty of the atrium, as noted in reviews, also contribute to a pleasant and relaxing environment, offering a break from daily routines without having to travel far.
While some reviews highlight a need for cosmetic updates and occasional service issues, particularly regarding breakfast staff, these are common challenges that hotels face. The positive feedback about comfortable beds, consistent housekeeping, and the attentiveness of specific staff members like Jason at the front desk suggests that the hotel often delivers on its core promise of comfort and service. The value proposition, despite these noted areas for improvement, often still makes it a strong contender for local stays.
Finally, its strategic location in Parsippany, with excellent access to major highways, makes it incredibly convenient for locals. Whether you're commuting to a business meeting, visiting family or friends in a nearby town, or simply looking for a base to explore northern New Jersey attractions like Morristown or the nearby recreational areas, the ease of access is a major plus. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany remains a reliable choice for New Jersey residents seeking a comfortable, value-driven, and conveniently located hotel experience.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany Reviews
First the bad: the other reviews are correct in that there are some cosmetic issues in the rooms and this hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. But I would still give it 4 stars because: The atrium is beautiful and so peaceful. The beds are super comfortable. The pool was great. Housekeeping comes every day (no one does that anymore). Breakfast and evening reception were great and overall it was a good value. This was our second time staying here.
Apr 29, 2025 · Krista AguileraThis use to be one of my favorite locations to visit but it has since gone down. The rooms were very outdated and not a pleasure to be in. There were so many things wrong these pictures do no justice. During breakfast the cook was very nasty and she even walked off the job 2 days in a row and the manager had to begin making omelets. The cook is not mentally stable to handle the capacity of people that are at the hotel and she needs an assistant. The first day I took the omelet the manager made and I was not pleased. The second day I didn’t bother. He did not know how to cook and he shouldn’t have been on the grill to begin with. The dining staff were very rude. They stopped bringing out food at 9:40am when breakfast is over at 10am and when questioned they said speak to the manager. I paid for a nice hot breakfast from 7-10am and it was horrible the whole stay. The pool was freezing so my kids didn’t want to get in the water. The whole weekend was a train wreck. No longer visiting this location until they renovate and hire caring staff. Only nice person in the whole place was Jason at the front desk. Very attentive and caring to the customers.
May 27, 2025 · Chante ShellsThis is our second time at this establishment, our suite had a water leak and the floor was completely soaked! Told the front desk and they gave us a new suite which was acceptable. The location is conveniently located near the on ramp for 287 south. The pool has an unusually high volume of chlorine which was extremely irritating to the eyes, we were able to purchase some clear eyes drops from the shop in the lobby for 9 dollars. I think next trip we will see what other accommodations are available at a different property. On a lighter note the breakfast is a better quality then most provided the riff-raff clean up after themselves as one should always clean up after themselves and due to limited seating is a must. This property can be hit or miss! Almost forgot. .. YOU MUST PAY FOR PARKING! yes that's right it's not a typo. We stayed overnight and paid $20 dollars to park our car at the hotel. We stayed thinking that added cost would lead to a higher quality of people but alas we were wrong.
Apr 24, 2025 · Adam CastilloHaving known nothing about Parsippany prior, I didn’t question the daily parking fee prior to booking. This isn’t uncommon for hotels in big cities like Boston or NYC with extremely limited parking, and I really know nothing about Parsippany or its size. I was just looking for something within driving distance to for our annual NJ Spartan race. When we got to this hotel and pulled up to the world’s largest and emptiest parking lot, I really couldn’t understand the reasoning behind the hotel asking for payment for parking. It’s not a big city, there aren’t any concert venues/theaters next door. I truly just can’t wrap my head around it as I’ve stayed at so many hotels at this point and truly the only hotels to ask for compensation to have a vehicle on site at least have a valid reason. The room itself was standard. Everything for the most part was acceptable. The A/C was very weak, but outside of that the rest of the stay was okay.Take note: If a lot of your reviews mention the fee, people probably aren’t happy about it. It’s objectively unreasonable. Just makes you look greedy. I hate to harp on one thing, but even one thing is enough to leave a sour taste.
Apr 28, 2025 · Jose JalapenoI am posting this review because I believe that people deserve to get a true perspective of what the Hotel truly has to offer. The lobby is decent I have to give them that, but other than that everything is very disappointing. The rooms are so old and dirty that the tiles are falling off. The chest of drawers knobs are just randomly falling off. The bathroom vanity top had a big crack in it. Our family used to enjoy their breakfast but this time even that wasn’t good and totally not worth the price. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I asked the front desk if they knew anything to do around there or if they had any pamphlets, the answer I got was, this is not a tourist spot so we don’t have that. Oh and yes, they have a pool but the smell was so bad that we didn’t use it even one day. When I showed the picture to Paris, her response was that I can waive the parking charges and that’s it. Never staying at Embassy Suites again!!!
