Peter Cooper Village Reviews
This is a very nice and safe park for kids. They have basketball and tennis courts. Regular play area for younger kids .
Mar 12, 2021 · Lisa BornfreeWe've lived at 530 East 23rd Street for coming on 8 years, we never ever ever want to leave. We love it here! We found ourselves in 466 square feet of lovely, lovely Manhattan (Bleecker and Broadway), and...preggo. So, we needed a space solution. Initially, that solution was StuyTown--we loved it (still so, but...): another pregnancy, another deep and desperate need for space. Peter Cooper Village, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom--views in every room (even the bathroom) of the East River! We landed in NYC heaven....coming home to thos every day: WOW!!!
Aug 10, 2019 · Mark B Borg JrMy Uncle Hy, a lawyer, lived here. Big apartments. When my Aunt Evie's mother passed, who was very wealthy, Evie moved all mom's furniture from CPW into their Peter Cooper apartment. We're all nuts.
Aug 05, 2019 · Daniel CooperSomething of a historical marker but in a modern area near transit and shopping. People live and raise families here. An interesting set of buildings with a nice courtyard.
Aug 04, 2019 · Patrina HuffLove the surroundings, and rooms compared to most places in New York. It was closer to the John V. Lindsay East River a lovely out door area.
