me and my partner had such a sweet staycation here! Definitely recommend the bucket of wings from the late night menu - oh my god they were so good. But above all the staff was so friendly. David was so cute to our dog Steve with lots of pets, she fell in love with him!!! And Brent helped us after we missed breakfast on Saturday which was so sweet. Honestly come for the view but stay for the service - such wonderful people. Thank you for everything!!See you soon - Morgaine Gooding-Silverwood

With its striking architecture, panoramic views, and a reputation for being a hub of vibrant energy, The Standard, High Line offers an experience that is anything but "standard." It’s a place where design, culture, and hospitality converge, promising an unforgettable urban escape right here in the five boroughs.

Since its completion in 2009, The Standard, High Line has become an architectural icon, celebrated for its unique structure that straddles the elevated railway-turned-park. Designed by Ennead Architects, the hotel’s 18-story frame, lifted 57 feet above street level on massive pilotis, not only offers unobstructed views from every one of its 338 guest rooms but also allows the High Line to pass directly beneath it, creating a truly integrated urban experience. Beyond its visual appeal, the hotel is renowned for its lively social scene, featuring popular dining and nightlife venues that draw in both hotel guests and local trendsetters. From enjoying delicious American cuisine at The Standard Grill to dancing the night away at the famed rooftop discothèque, Le Bain, there’s always something happening. While some long-standing establishments can sometimes feel a bit dated, The Standard, High Line continues to leverage its prime location and distinctive vibe to offer a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, making it a go-to spot for those who appreciate a hotel with character and a pulse on the city’s cool factor.
