Agatha A. Durland Scout Reservation Reviews
Excellent scout camp in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Carried terrain. Camp site both near parkland a hike in. Even cabins for the cooler season.I don't know who Agatha Durland was, but the land she donated to the Scouts is superb.
Nov 17, 2023 · Greg CarusoBeautiful! The cabins are well maintained and so are the latrines. Well planned out with lots of room to explore. Parking at the cabins is very limited. Miles and Miles of well marked trails for hiking. Access to Clear lake for swimming and fishing. Mud lake also known as sperling pond is nice to look at but access for fishing is very limited. Hope to be able to visit again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Jun 26, 2022 · Brian KuchmakDurland. Formerly known as clear lake scout camp is awesome any time of year. Whether you camp in one of the many tent sites leantoos or cabins there is plenty for scouts to do, see, experience and explore.
Feb 16, 2019 · Charlie KulinsJust wrapped up our Klondike Derby. Staff and volunteers set up the schedule and check in stations so that we maintained social distancing. Scouts had a great time. Can't wait to be able to camp here again.
Jan 18, 2021 · Casa DeSolaA scout reservation with boating, an archery range, a BB gun range. Cabins are available for rent. Some have air conditioning. The best way to take advantage of the facilities is to sign up for a family camping weekend through your council.
