I had an amazing stay up on the 3rd floor with two of my colleagues. The room was clean and had a working AC unit. The surrounding area is nice and quiet as well. The room didn’t have any body wash or many drinking cups but overall was an amazing stay.

I called the owner, he said he will keep the room for me. But! after i arrived at NYC, he said the room was not available. this is not hotel, just a trash building waiting for remove. They only accept cash to avoid tax.

Black mould in the shower, disgusting smell everywhere, holes in the floor, tons of dust and dirt marks everywher also very poor misleading service(never got my receipt for money paid) had to leave 2 nights earlier and pay for another hotel as couldn't risk my family's health. Would try to report to health service and to IRS as I want to know why they don't take cards and give receipts 🤔 horror movie style property !
