Carlls River Botanical Garden at Geiger Park Reviews
Spring is in a full power and the sun is gentle and lacks of its summer brutality. This is just the right time to enjoy spring's celebrating colors of nature. There is a hiden gem amid a suburban area, tucked behind a playground and kids' waterpark at Geiger Park in Babylon. The Botanical Garden is tranquil and relaxing , well-maintained, clean and safe. The admission is free, which makes it more appealing - you can visit multiple times a day. While it would be ideal for morning and evening runs, the garden opens at 10:00 AM and closes its gates at 4:00 PM. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed the leisurely walk in the park
May 01, 2025 · Meg KoganBeautiful botanical immaculately kept . The adjacent lot will eventually be added with a koi pond , greenhouse, information center etc…. Hopefully our politicians get the appropriate grants allocated so it’s not a 10 year plan.
Jul 04, 2024 · Bruce WilsonWe live in walking distance, it is such a nice walking path park. The foowers and grounds are very well miamtained. They have been adding more fruit and vegetable plants each year and they donate the food. There are restrooms close to the parking lot and a fully fenced in playground right there too.
