Courtyard New York Manhattan/SoHo Reviews
I recently stayed at the Marriott courtyard, Soho. My stay exceeded my expectations! The rooms were huge, the staff members were friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. The location was in perfect proximity to a variety of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again! Thank to everyone who made this 5 day trip amazing!
Apr 30, 2025 · Jann HarrisStaff is great and rooms are fine but the elevator situation here is a mess. 20 floors and only 1 elevator working... Barely at that. Elevator to basement is barely working as well. Have heard this is a perpetual problem too.
May 22, 2025 · Josh BrouilletteSpent three nights here with friends to visit NYC. Rooms are clean and comfy, location is great, but the staff is the real gem here. Rodrick up front in the evenings treated us like close friends, and helped us spend some social time at the tables in the lobby. He was incredible. thanks for a wonderful stay!
Mar 25, 2025 · Greg PerryWe had a poor experience staying here this past weekend. Upon checking in on a Friday night, we were told 1 out of 2 elevators was "down for maintenance". Though the rooms and hotel itself are nice, you can imagine how painful it is to enter/exit a 20 story hotel with only 1 working elevator on a busy weekend. We were late to the event we stayed here for primarily due to the elevator and had to allot an extra 30 minutes every time we needed to go to the room. We also did not see any work being done on this elevator throughout our stay, so clearly there was no "maintenance" being done - just a broken elevator. This feedback was given to the front desk upon check out. They smilingly stated that the elevator team has a 40 hour work week and is not expected to come in on weekends. This is unfortunately not the response one is looking for in a Marriott charging the rates they do in Manhattan. Please address this, so future guests do not suffer.
Apr 07, 2025 · Neha AgarwalWorst Marriott experience ever as a Platinum Bonvoy member.First, I was given a dark room facing a building’s exterior wall. Then I discovered that one of the elevators is out of service, causing 15–20 minute waits just to go up or down. And to top it off, the TV doesn’t work — and they still haven’t been able to fix it. Just stay away
