Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West Reviews
Showed up mid-morning not expecting a room to be available, the staff made sure I had a bed and was welcomed right away. The room is FULL of natural light. Lovely sheets, great water pressure and you cannot beat the location. You can walk to everything you need and for NYC, the rooms are a good size. The staff truly go above and beyond. The night shift team at the front desk: Mikhael and Michael, wow! I asked for a few things and they made sure it happened: cream, coffee and a couple things I forgot. They were good humoured and super helpful. I travel a lot and this staff experience is truly exceptional.
May 30, 2025 · Edna CessnaAmazing, stay, location, and the staff. They were the highlight of our stay! Everyone was SO friendly, energetic, and great, especially Marvin and (I didn’t get the girls name at the front desk). Will definitely return because of the staff and location. If you go check out fresh&co next door, great breakfast spot. Thank you!
Apr 27, 2025 · P TThe room was as pictured, but the beds seemed smaller than expected. The bathroom was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Excellent location right next to Hudson Yards and convenient to Penn Station. There was a strong smell of plastic/furniture oils as another reviewer recently noted, which may be from new furniture pieces installed in the room. It was pretty overwhelming, so we opened our windows, but then the noise from the street kept us up.
Mar 30, 2025 · TravelerPrice-value wise, just go next door to the courtyard, that was like same price but 3x the size of the room.I also got a 300 charge on my credit card that was not part of the end invoice. Which I don't know what it is..... And no one explained to me what it is.Room here was tiny and I mean tiny tiny. So tiny, it took a minute to figure where I can lay my luggage flat and open it. Or maybe it was 5 minutes... I can't remember...I book my reservation and paid for it in advance in full and I THINK it got cancelled because I had a red eye and hence book the stay to include the day before my early morning arrival (I noted this with my reservation). But when I got there the front clerk mentioned something like "o, you showed up...". The initial front desk clerk was helpful in getting us situated at least, and I am assuming there was some sort of auto-cancellation that happened. This is the only reason they get a 2-star on service. After that when I approach the front desk asking for things regarding the stay and schedule they just tell me to call / contact the hotel via phone.Location was ok, generally in a location close to important landmarks but everything else was really bad.
May 03, 2025 · Li TongHotel was nice and clean and I had a nice view of the city. The restaurant is being renovated til April 🥴 which I knew that before booking. Other than that I had no issues, room clean, bed was comfortable, enough space for 4 people, bathroom mirrow is really nice and was 20 to 30 min to everything. 7 min walk to take the train. Lost of restaurants around, bars and suvenier stores withing 5 to 15 min walk. Will definitely stay here again.
