Hilton Garden Inn New York/Tribeca Reviews
Great location. Clean rooms. No blinds (some sort of shear cover) on our windows so exterior lights constantly shine through. Other than that no issues. Would stay here again.
May 24, 2025 · Jeremy GrahamAssiant manager wasn't Profesional at all a female and her boss male manager never got a hold of me but kept saying they would get a hold of me it was a disaster. I've stayed with hilton multiple times and have never ever been disappointed until this stay. Most staff was knowledgeable in the points pay programs and kept informing me they didn't know.No Free breakfast and the restaurant is way over priced and food was mediocre. Also refund has yet to be released and I will continue to reach upper management and email someone who can care just a bit for customers satisfaction.
Apr 28, 2025 · ROLANDO MIRANDAOne of the worst Hilton properties I've ever stayed at. Room was super small and the door to the hall was feet from my bed. The door didn't close all the way so I could see a lot of light coming in from the hall. Bed was at least clean and comfortable. Lobby is dingy and felt and looked like a hostel. I expected much more for the price and the posh tribeca neighborhood.
May 21, 2025 · Chad CarterSuper nice hotel. Front desk was very informative and helpful, both the front desk manager and front desk agent that helped me were nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, overall gave me nothing to complain about. The area was great with some nice high end stores and restaurants.
Apr 29, 2025 · JustJrmyUnfortunately I have to give a 1 star rating. My reason for this is because we never got to experience staying here but did lose our money on a 3 night stay for mother's Day weekend. My son had a tragic accident that landed him in the ICU and we had to cancel with 3 days notice. Neither Expedia nor the hotel will take responsibility for not refunding or crediting me. We bought the trip insurance as well and that is a ridiculous rip off. We have reached out to the hotel manager and haven't heard back. My son was in the hospital for 20 days and we couldn't leave him. It's so sad that there is no longer any customer service or support. We will NEVER us Expedia again. We thank the Statue 🗽 cruises and the car hire service for the refund and will use them on our eventual trip to NY.
