4.0
One of the best hotels in NYC. Great location. Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Is on the expensive side but is worth the price in my opinion. Employees are very helpful. Were able to clarify some questions i had over the phone before arriving. Check in process was smooth and I checked in late around 8:30pm. Did not have to wait for anything. The room was waiting for ME. been years since last time i stayed here and seems like the quality has remained the same since back then. Always nice to stay here. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. - THE GOOD LIFE
