Inn at Arbor Ridge Reviews
Absolute trash, we got there at 3 PM to check in and the hotel was completely empty. There was no one at the front desk, there was a note saying call A particular person ( I won’t give their name )at this number, we called four times and no one answered and then she did answer and said your room key is behind the desk and advised us to go behind the front desk and grab our own room key, and then I came back in later 8 pm because we were at an event in the same parking lot and the person who was now behind the front desk was completely asleep, to the point where I was speaking loudly to see if he would wake up and he did not.I slept on top of the covers on a towel because I did not want to get under the sheets, Paint all chipping around the door, rusted fixtures in the bathroom horribly stained carpets a phone from 1985, That did not even have a dialtone , lightbulb a missing in one of the lamps, they should pay you to stay there. Here are some examples, and for some reason, they have three sticky hooks all over the walls. 🤦🏻♂️🤣
Dec 15, 2024 · Mike VWe stayed here because it was next door to a party venue where we attended a birthday party. The shower felt very unsafe with a slippery floor, there were no Kleenex in the dispenser, there was no hair dryer, and there was no toilet paper on the roller. The entire back of the bathroom door was peeling paint and the bathroom door did not close securely. One of the queen beds was sunken in the middle and had noisy springs. There was a small hole in the wall of the bathroom and many areas of repair throughout the room with no repainting over. There was no bathroom fan and the entire ceiling was rusted and falling down in places. We would never return and recommended you don't either
Jul 21, 2024 · SCarl DArienzoI didn't stay at this location but had to deliver something there 😩 I was very surprised when I went inside the building. I used to hear a lot of hype over the years about the place being awesome to stay at and hold events, but it has a very dingy, musty smell, and it also smelled of cigarettes.
Nov 01, 2024 · RuThe hotel was old but the rooms were clean. I do wish they do add new carpets and paint the doors but other than that it was a good stay.
Oct 20, 2024 · ElfenLied1998When I stayed the key didn't work to open the door then we had no TV the person at the desk came up and hooked up the wires and said it will take a few minutes to an hour to boot up when the cable box says turn on them turn the cable box on and will have TV we waited over an hour and nothing happened so we got dressed and went home when we went to check out I handed them the key and said I slammed the key down and my husband was explaining about the TV and didn't like being lied to. When I called to talk to the owner she told me that we pulled the plugs out and the socket from the wall I explained we left everything plugged in and on. So please don't stay there . We will never stay there again.
