Knights Inn Brooklyn Sunset Park Reviews
The reason for the 5 star is for the customer service and nice comfy bed! This is a no frills hotel. I would not choose this hotel if I had more money. But that being said, I felt safe, the front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and kind. The room was clean but had cigarette burn holes in my sheets. Any time I asked for new towels or washcloths, the housekeeper arrived within minutes to bring them to me. My children and I smelled weed every day and they heard the neighbors “enjoying themselves” often. Not what I want my kids to hear. But overall, I got good rest and woke up refreshed. The TV was nice too. The water pressure in shower was great and the water was HOT! They do not serve breakfast here. But there is a deli at the corner that is fantastic and a breakfast restaurant a few blocks down that had amazing waffles and donuts! There is also an awesome arcade next to this hotel my kids loved! Very close to the subway too!
May 21, 2025 · Karen JohnsonI only put a 1 because I can’t put a 0. This was by far the most outdated, dirty, unconventional hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No fitted sheet, only a top sheet and no comforter, only what looked/felt like a table runner and a top sheet not covering the whole, dirty mattress. Unable to use the tv as it would not connect to the Wi-Fi. Shower head was broken and sprayed the entire bathroom, soaking everything on the counter/wall. Floor/walls were dirty. It is in the same building as a night club so upon arrival it’s loud and you can feel the vibration of the music. On the third floor not horrible, but I can’t imagine if we stayed on the first or second floor. No parking except two spots out front of the building.
Apr 26, 2025 · Maddy GamacheMy flight was delayed and arrived at dawn, but I had to sleep on the streets of brooklyn for about 16 hours after check in time. One night of my payment was just THROWN AWAY.If I wanted to check in as I had booked, they asked me for 100bucks , but i rather chose to be a midnight rambler. The room kinda clean on the surface of it, til a cockroach came out from underneath microwave while i was eating at the table.I uploaded that bug photo on agoda, but agoda immediately deleted my review, so I can't upload the cockroach photo again, unfortunately( i deleted that photo already)But housekeepers were pretty friendlyTravelers considering this hotel should keep in mind that if you arrive late due to a flight delay or traffic jam, you may not be able to check in right away and may gotten forfeit the night’s stay you've already paid.
May 27, 2025 · Peter HortonWell the hotel was pretty nice, but one time when i was in a bathroom, I SAW A COCKAROACH. Good thing it wasn't the flying type. I smashed the cockaroach with my sock and i didn't wear the sock. The TV for some reason is 4:3 even though the TV was 16:9. My kids reported that while we were gone, someone was knocking on the door. But they did have good Wi-Fi. If you are on a budget, then this is a decent hotel to stay in.
Jan 08, 2025 · Adrian EstradaLobby smells like fish. Guy in front was not attentive to arriving guest. Had to wait 10 min after i arrive to be checked in. Pay extra service fee of 3.82.
