Somers Parks & Recreation Department Reviews
Magical Memories Entertainment has provided entertainment for the summer camp here for years and it is a awesome facility with great staff.
Jul 02, 2022 · Magical Memories EntertainmentWith one notable exception a nice town park that also houses an excellent library. The tennis/pickleball courts are terrible with a band aid grid surface applied with numerous dead spots and very slippery with even a few drop of rain.#WorstPickleballCourtsEver
Feb 27, 2024 · Richard KaufmanTennis courts are both made with unconventional materials... 3 are constructed with astroturf, which you really don't see anywhere else in the area, and the other 3 are made of panels of rubber material. The turf courts are perfectly fine, but the rubber courts are really difficult to play on. They have several deadened areas on which the ball bounces weirdly. The baseball and softball fields are all very nice, and the rest of the park is definitely worth a visit, but maybe not for tennis.
Apr 21, 2022 · Ryan VogelReally nice park. Trails circle the soccer field. Couldn't find the trail linking to Angle Fly
Nov 24, 2023 · Bob's ElectricBeautiful town and nice parks. Baseball & Softball fields are well maintained and are always ready for play.
