Stephen R. Gregg Park Reviews
Very beautiful and well maintained park. Great place to run, play sports, sightsee and fishing.
Apr 30, 2025 · Osi “OM” MosBorn in Brooklyn NY and proud but NYC public parks don't have nothing on NJ public parks especially this one. Beautiful water park and if I'm not mistaken there's 5 playgrounds different age levels. This place is very spacious and the parks department makes a few announcements throughout the day of the park rules and inforces them if needed. If your dog isn't a licensed companion dog it isn't allowed in the playground area. I saw people get escorted out of the playground with their dog so don't do it because they want to see the proof
Sep 02, 2024 · James BrooklynExpansive park with so many great options for play (kids and dogs) or to take in nature. There are always people around, but this park never really feels crowded. The restrooms can be a little funky and sometimes they close the dog park without notice, but overall this is a neighborhood gem.
Mar 18, 2024 · Eleanor WinshipThis park was so awesome. I spent lots of hours down by the water viewing the port, airport, and the Bayonne Bridge. There is something for everyone to do, young or old, big or small. They had gym equipment, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, a wonderful full track, splash pad and playground, lots of gazebos and picturesque spots, and lots of trees. There are a few public bathrooms around the park. This park offered peace and serenity. This park truly contends with being the best park with many amenities. And it is big enough that you don't feel overcrowded. You can go for a walk along the water or rude a bike or scooter. Parking was also pretty good.Note: This this was around the time the wildfires in Canada were affecting air quality and visibility.
