Apr 29, 2025 · Phillip MaldonadoOne of the worst value for money hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was so small I could barely get my bag in. They took up half the closet space with alcohol and food they are trying to sell you. Meanwhile there is no in-room coffee or hot water heater. Garden and other amenities were all closed for private events during my stay. The internet is for one device only! I have never encountered that other than on a cruise ship. The doors slam loudly. It is like they focused so much on the interior design, they forgot to make it comfortable to stay in. The only positive is the staff is really nice. But, man, this hotel is a rip off.
May 22, 2025 · Emily G.Everything about our stay was great, but what really sets this place apart is the service. Such friendly and helpful front desk staff! Would recommend staying here anytime!
May 26, 2025 · Jo KeenaStayed here using my chase sapphire reserve, and I might have to stay here every time I go to NYC now! The staff was AMAZING and stunning! Everyone was soo cool, from even before I arrived, I spoke with Rudy on the phone when I was between hotels, and his hospitality SOLD ME! I arrived at 7am because I took a redeye and was not expecting to get a room, but this beautiful lady at the front desk (so mad I don’t remember her name) she had glasses and braids I think, somehow got me in a room by 8am, I almost cried! The room was STUNNING! The location was SUPERIOR! They had a shower that had a steam room function, which I used every day! We got the free breakfast with my card and ate at their delicious restaurant everyday, ended up never even having to get lunch while in New York because breakfast filled us up! I’m just so happy with the service at the front, the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, 5 across the board!
Feb 26, 2025 · Jasmine MoshVery friendly staff, free waters in glass bottles! Eco-friendly. They called us a cab and was very nicely appointed. Fun vibe and clean bathroom!
