Tremont Hotel Bronx Introduce
The Tremont Hotel Bronx, located at 750 E Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY 10457, USA, offers a practical lodging option for those looking to explore the diverse attractions of the Bronx. Situated within a platform category of "Scenic Spot," this hotel positions itself as a convenient base for visitors eager to immerse themselves in the rich cultural tapestry and natural beauty that the borough has to offer. The hotel's phone number is (718) 288-7453, and its mobile phone number is +1 718-288-7453, providing easy contact for inquiries and reservations.
When considering the environment of the Tremont Hotel Bronx, its strategic location is a primary highlight. As a "Scenic Spot" category offering, the hotel is well-placed for accessing some of the Bronx's most celebrated destinations. For instance, it provides relatively easy access to the Bronx Zoo, a world-renowned wildlife conservation park, and the New York Botanical Garden, an expansive urban oasis featuring diverse plant collections. Yankee Stadium, home to the iconic New York Yankees, is also within a reasonable distance, making the hotel a potential choice for sports enthusiasts. The convenience of being centrally located means guests can spend less time commuting and more time experiencing the unique offerings of the Bronx, whether it's exploring historic neighborhoods, enjoying local cuisine, or attending events.
However, it is important to note that the immediate surroundings of the hotel, as indicated by some guest feedback, may be perceived as "a little shady" by some. This suggests that while the hotel provides excellent access to broader scenic spots, the direct vicinity might possess a more urban and less picturesque character. For guests who prioritize immediate, aesthetically pleasing surroundings directly outside their accommodation, this is a factor to consider. Parking, as detailed in customer reviews, is another aspect of the hotel's environment that warrants attention. Contrary to some potential expectations or website information, there is no free parking available on-site. All parking is street parking, which can be challenging to find, often requiring guests to "circle several times before you can find a spot." Additionally, street parking typically involves paying meters every two hours, adding a recurring cost and logistical consideration for guests arriving by car.
Regarding services, the Tremont Hotel Bronx aims to provide a functional and accommodating experience. Customer reviews highlight the positive interactions with the front desk staff. Guests have described them as "very nice and friendly" and capable of accommodating walk-in requests even at the last minute. This indicates a level of flexibility and customer service focus, particularly for unforeseen travel plans. The ability to secure a room as a walk-in, especially during busy periods, can be a significant advantage for travelers seeking immediate accommodation. The hotel provides basic lodging services designed to meet the needs of a typical traveler. While specific details on a wide array of amenities like dining options, fitness centers, or business services are not extensively provided in the given information, the core service appears to be the provision of a clean and accessible room for a reasonable price point.
The features of the Tremont Hotel Bronx are geared towards providing a functional and budget-friendly stay. Guest rooms are generally described as "very clean and decent size," suggesting that the hotel maintains a satisfactory level of cleanliness and offers adequate space for comfort. This is a crucial feature for any accommodation, especially when considering value for money. However, a recurring point of feedback regarding the features relates to soundproofing. Guests have noted that the "walls are thin," which means "you might hear some fun business lol." This implies that noise from neighboring rooms can be an issue, potentially impacting the quiet enjoyment of one's stay. For light sleepers or those seeking a particularly tranquil environment, this is a feature to be aware of. Another significant feature concern raised by a reviewer is the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, suggesting inconsistencies in adherence to smoking policies. Furthermore, issues such as "hair in the shower," a "remote was covered in something sticky," and "sheets had holes" point to occasional lapses in detailed room maintenance and cleanliness, which are important features for overall guest satisfaction.
From a promotional standpoint, the Tremont Hotel Bronx primarily promotes itself through its value proposition and strategic location, aligning with the "Scenic Spot" platform category. The hotel offers "overall really good value," as stated by a satisfied customer. This suggests that despite some drawbacks, the price point of the accommodation is competitive and attractive for many travelers, particularly those on a budget who prioritize location and basic comfort over extensive amenities. The value proposition is further enhanced by its proximity to major Bronx attractions, making it an appealing choice for tourists and visitors interested in exploring the Bronx Zoo, New York Botanical Garden, or attending events at Yankee Stadium. The direct phone contact information provided, (718) 288-7453 and +1 718-288-7453, serves as a clear call to action for potential guests to inquire about rates and availability, directly leveraging the hotel's accessibility. Given the varied feedback, the hotel's promotional efforts would likely focus on highlighting its affordability and convenient access to key Bronx landmarks, while perhaps downplaying or addressing areas of concern internally. For local users, the promotional message would emphasize the ease with which one can access local points of interest from the hotel, offering a practical solution for weekend trips or longer stays aimed at discovering the Bronx.

Tremont Hotel Bronx Reviews
Only good thing about the hotel is the location. There is ZERO free parking as stated on the website, all parking is street parking that you have to circle several times before you can find a spot. Then you have to pay the meter every 2 hours. The non smoking room still smells like smoke. The shower had hair in it. The remote was covered in something sticky. The sheets had holes. Do not recommend.
May 29, 2025 · Brandy OteroAlthough the location may seem a little shady the front desk was very nice and friendly. They accommodated me last minute as a walk in. My room was very clean and decent size. Walls are thin so be careful, you might hear some fun business lol but overall really good value. I recommend.
Apr 27, 2025 · Angie PeraI wasn’t even going to stay here, my family came into town for the week. I instantly seen some off things about this establishment andddd read the reviews. We realized these were one of those struggle facilities that want your money but give crap service behind it.Made my family go someplace else. Not worth the headache. We went right to the city. No time wasted.

May 09, 2025 · Bri ColI came here looking to stay the night after being on the road for 2 weeks. Everything was fine in the lobby I get upstairs I get my room I go to sleep early. As I'm sleeping through the night I'm woken up by an extra neighbor with a really loud television. First of all I've tried to call the front desk no one answers the phone. Second of all I had to bang on that door for around 45 minutes before I finally decided to get up and come on downstairs to ask someone if they would do something because that was literally my only choice. My entire night was ruined and apparently there was no one in the room. Someone had checked out and they hadn't come in to clean it up at that point and noticed that the television was on. Literally disturbing everyone's restful night's sleep. Because my night was ruined I asked for a discount of a menial value something that I could actually use for my situation. They were willing to discount it $20 bring it down to 1:30. Not enough for the situation my entire night's rest was ruined and all I really wanted was another night of sleep which I think I deserved. It clearly states in the rules that loud music or television is not allowed yet when this rule is violated you are stuck with the consequences even though you paid for the night. There are other places that I would consider before this place here. They don't serve breakfast either. No telephone in the room for you to call front desk which clearly doesn't care.
