Veterans Memorial Park Reviews
Veterans Memorial Park is a beautiful and well-maintained space that’s perfect for relaxing or taking a walk. The grounds are clean, and the memorials are a thoughtful tribute to those who served. It’s a great place to bring family, enjoy some fresh air, or just take a moment to reflect. Plenty of benches, open space, and a peaceful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Mar 09, 2025 · Avi GolanWe also purchase our 2 burial plots on this park because the surrounding plots are always clean every time we visit my parents in law who are resting in there. Highly recommended .
May 20, 2025 · Lenar ChicoaGreat local Bergenfield park. Multiple baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts and bacci court. There is a playground with a water feature at the entrance to the park. Very well maintained by the boroughs DPW. There isn't even one clover or dandelion on the entire ball field.
Jun 18, 2024 · Paul CohenThe park has been updated. Very happy about those changes. However, it’s July 22nd on a 95 degree weather and they are trying to fix the sprinklers today. The workers continue telling all parents coming here in hopes for the kid’s to play in the sprinklers to wait an hour to fix the sprinklers, but then an additional hour is added to be fixed by 6PM. The workers left at 5PM and it’s now 6PM and still no sprinklers on, with no workers on site. Disappointed.
Jul 22, 2022 · Liliana VirolaLarge enough area for a group of kids, and parents. New play things added this year which is GREAT. Large vantage points to keep an eye out for the kids. Been going there for over 30 years now Kids and grandkids. Best time to go is either early before 1pm or at 3pm the day campers are there other times. If you want your child to play with lots of other children. Then the times of 1-3 would be great. Campers leave at 3pm. Shaded areas cooled by the trees.
