Kiddie waterpark area, man made body of water with rentals. Sidewalks throughout and around the park. Great for exercising: running, jogging, walking,H.I.T. Also has a few different locations for parking throughout and near preferred areas.
Aug 17, 2024 · Mrs. BishopPark with voluminous amounts of lands and trails to hike, run, or cycle on. Open road for cars to pass by from city to city. Has an available to the public exercise station as well as playground and water park for the little ones. Large soccer field included, with tennis courts, basketball, volleyball areas, and tons of sports to choose from. Park is also great for runners who want to increase their mileage and stamina. Large double pond surrounding a bridge for cars, both with a constantly running water fountain in the center. Welcoming home for ducks, frogs, and fishes. Overall, a great amount of nature and lots to explore.
Apr 15, 2024 · Stanley BGreat park with tons of terrain, go for a nice walk or run. I've seen many people fishing on occasion and the geese are friendly. I just wish the water wasn't as dirty and that the grass was trimmed more often by the county. Plenty of parking.
Jul 03, 2022 · J MThe park of my childhood. Loads of areas to walk, walk your dog, kids' playground, tennis courts, and pond! The pond freezes over in the winter and police used to come and check that the ices was deep enough and give the green light for ice skating. Loads of ducks are there too! The fun I had in that park was amazing! There are a couple of gazebos as well, nice photo opportunities. It's between the towns of Harrison and Kearny. Definitely worth a visit!
