This is terrible place to stay and spend your time having memories with your company here. First of all the park next to it has homeless people staying at night. It’s dangerous hanging out near here specially at night. Second. They don’t have place to park. There will be some employees driving costumes car all night on street finding free parking spot while smoking weed. The retro fitness next to it also makes lots of noise you can’t ignore. Starbucks and Burger King. If you looking for a nice quiet place to rest. This is not it. Don’t waste your money and time come to Rego park. All the pictures you saw online are from ten years ago and this is definitely fraud.

I booked this room as my father is dying and I needed to be near the hospital. The rooms are very overpriced for the outdated room. No vending machine, no water bottles, no breakfast and very noisy. I had to extend my stay and the price was increased.The attached gym means you hear weights being lifted and dropped and machines being ran on, rowed on and such night and day. The shower was cleaned with something slippery. I went to take a shower last night and slipped and fell, banging my head. I'll be filling in an accident report today. Find somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend nor stay again.

I had booked rooms for next Thanksgiving weekend but unfortunately had to cancel yesterday due to my mother's cancer getting worse. The rooms I booked were non refundable and non cancellable which I was worried because I thought I'd lose out on any money spent and I wanted to comply with hotel policy. I called and explained the situation to the front desk employee who was extremely sympathetic and kind as I was currently dealing with an incredibly difficult time in my life and was stressed out and emotional. She listened to me and allowed me to explain my situation to the hotel manager. The manager was also very accommodating and undertanding after I explained. They were able to help me cancel my reservation without any charges or penalties. I really am thankful at how good the staff customer service is and how they care about their customers. I would definitely book with this hotel again and hopefully in better times, I will get a chance to stay a night and enjoy what they have to offer.(PS please give this front desk employee a raise or promotion! She was incredible 😊)

I checked into Room 310 on 6/24/2023 and stayed until 6/26/23. On 6/24/2023, the day that I checked in, I noticed gnats in the shower which I swatted and sprayed with Lysol. I tried to switch rooms but the hotel was booked to capacity so there were no other rooms available to move to. at On the night of 6/25/23 I was awakened by discomfort and immediately noticed multiple bites on my body, which continued to worsen throughout the night. The discomfort, itching, and resulting sleeplessness greatly affected my overall experience at the hotel. Regrettably, it became evident that I was being bitten.I had high expectations for my stay at the Wyndham Garden, as it is known for its quality service and commitment to guest satisfaction. However, the presence of bugs in my room is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the hygiene and maintenance standards of your establishment. As a guest, I trust that my comfort, well-being, and safety are of utmost importance to the hotel.I wrote a letter to coperate and have not received a response. I have never had this happen before. I am so disappointed with their slow response. Included are pictures of the bites on my back that I took in the hotel lobby and a picture of some of the gnats I smashed in the bathroom.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Apparently they are closing soon to make a shelter and they have stopped caring for their paying customers. No room service or cafe available as the hotel is under construction. Had to switch rooms as the first room given to me smelled like a smoker's lounge. The second room's TV didn't work and the WIFI wasn't working either. If it wasn't for Jeremy (Front desk) trying to help, I would have walked out last night. Then this morning I was woken up at 5:45am with construction across the hall from me. Again, worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
