At first I loved it great place to crash had to stay in new york for a while. I woke up one morning to find a mouse digging through my trash it jumped out and ran under the fridge. I killed it, told them about it and they blamed me of course wasn't surprised. Since no one did anything about i took care of it myself found a hole under the refrigerator no only that under the refrigerator and there was a huge space underneath the sink it was disgusting you can tell it hadn't been clean for a while . During my stay I saw a couple of more mice running around i killed a couple. They should of really closed the holes in that room i feel bad for the person who is in there now. - KoKi Top

However, it is important to address customer feedback to provide an objective overview. One review highlights a significant concern regarding pest issues, specifically mice, and perceived inaction from management regarding the problem. It is crucial for prospective guests to be aware of such feedback and consider it in their decision-making process.

Conversely, another customer review praises the convenience of the location, noting the easy access to the subway, grocery stores, cafes, and Central Park, and expresses a strong desire to stay there again. This positive feedback reinforces the strong appeal of the property's geographical advantages and its suitability for friends or individuals looking for a well-located base in the city.

Promotional information often emphasizes the proximity to Central Park and the convenience of the Upper West Side.
