Clarion Hotel & Conference Center Reviews
Spend the extra $$ at a different hotel if you can. Everything was out of order, cash only for the restaurant. The extra $$ I spent here could’ve went towards a better hotel that included all amenities & continental breakfast. Hotel looks exactly how it did in the 1970’s. Staff were horrible. Every time I requested something they never came & ended up having to go to the front desk.
May 16, 2025 · Summer DeDilectisGreat place to stay. The desk really helped me out when I was having issues with my card verification. Rooms were clean with no signs of pests. The beds are super comfortable, perfect for the end of all busy day.
May 11, 2025 · Jeffrey MacDonaldNastiest staff I have ever encountered! The only polite one was the older gentleman at night. Everyone else from the maids to the female lady at the desk are horrible!! Rude and just horrible attitudes. Plus the entire place smelt like marijuana. I’ll never ever stay here again. I’d rather sleep outside. People wonder why hotels like this are completely empty. Hotels are becoming the new taxis. I’ll stay at bed and breakfasts from now on. If I do stay at a hotel it will only be places like the Marriott, Hilton and similar well established hotels. Avoid going here at all costs. The rooms are disgusting. Nothing works. Damage to pretty much everything in the room and they put you in rooms a mile away. NEVER AGAIN!!
Mar 22, 2025 · Brian RosaThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The staff is very rude, and unpleasant. With the nastiest attitude I’ve ever encountered. The hotel itself was gross, dirty, with mold and bugs. The guy that checked us in at the front desk, Andrés expressed that there was nothing he could do for us as for the room. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. They had hand written signs stating no hot water was available. The damp moldy smell through the place was so bad. I have called multiple times trying to get a hold of the manager “Samantha” and there’s never one on site to answer my calls. I keep talking to front desk lady Jen who is extremely rude and keeps saying manager is not available to take my call and that I can leave a message. Called customer service and they can’t even help with getting a refund as I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I tried checking out as soon as I saw the room and the front desk guy Andres didn’t even notated the account stating that I had checked out since the conditions of the room didn’t make me feel safe staying there. Super unsanitary. Everytime I call they are very dismissive of my issue. They refuse to refund me the money even tho I didn’t stay there.
May 29, 2025 · Melanie CIf I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The personnel was very rude. When I asked Andres, in the front desk, about the room his replied was "you get what you paid for". The hotel is old and unkept. there is a stench from the reception to the rooms. They don't clean your room unless you request it and they don't put any toiletries in your room. I had to go out to buy shower gel and shampoo. Instead of a hotel, this look like a homeless shelter and there are many shady characters lurking around. I have never felt more unsafe. This is NOT a family place. DO NOT stay here with your family.
