Club Quarters Hotel World Trade Center, New York Reviews
I loved this hotel! I only stayed for one night but the view was beautiful! The staff at the front desk were extremely nice as well! If I had to change anything, I would renovate the rooms because they look a little outdated and the bathroom was pretty small. I booked the superior room which was located on the 15th floor. I didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant on the rooftop but it looks beautiful. They have a water bottle station in the hallway which I thought was a great idea! I would definitely stay here again.
May 05, 2025 · Gabby VictoriaGreat all around experience for a NYC hotel! Rooms were larger and more spacious than is typical for your average NYC hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms can be pricey during peak season, but worth it for the extra space and attentive staff versus another hotel. Would definitely stay at this property again.
Mar 19, 2025 · Frank KachmarWhat a great hotel to get to know Lower Manhattan in NYC. Literally steps away from the World Trade Center Memorials, the new World Trade Center Hotel, great restaurants (try O'Hara's Pub at 120 Cedar St.) and the burger joint next door. Whole Foods grocery store was a treasure trove of inexpensive, great beers, fresh foods (take it back to your hotel room for best bargains). Our initial host, Marsha-Ann was outstanding, as well were her co-workers in guiding us by maps provided to all the interesting must see areas within walking distance. We learned how to use the subway, got 1/2 price fares by applying for seniors, were able to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge (& crossed into a great area called "Dumbo"). We took the ferry back from Dumbo, we took the subway to Times Square and Central Park. All in all a great experience. The bathroom door didn't close and the room was smaller but it was clean, quiet and the staff were outstanding.
May 28, 2025 · Bonnie HallI would never stay here again! I’m completely surprised that this hotel has as many good reviews as it does. I stayed here with a friend in the middle of February and for the first two days our heater was broken. When you first tried to get it fixed, we were told that the room was just too big and the heater system wasn’t going to travel throughout the road. In that case, why so large rooms in the middle of one of the coldest month in New York? Beyond that, the room is very very old. It does not feel super clean or modern. The towel handle broke in our time, the toilet struggled to flush at times, and there were visible marks on the ceiling and on the floor that let us know that this was a very old space. I did not feel comfortable at all, as I am used to very modern and clean rooms. Now this piece, we were aware of, but it is very frustrating to have the room only cleaned every other day or so, so if you’re used to staying in a regular hotel or cleaning happens every day, I would not recommend this at all. Beyond that, on the days that Room service was supposed to come, it would usually take them a very long time and whoever showed up at our room would usually an attitude. On top of that, I will not recommend staying in the financial district as there is really not much to do or eat in this area compared to the rest of New York.
Feb 18, 2025 · Chelsea SparrowHad a great stay at Club quarters WTC. Clean rooms, Friendly helpful staff, a great value. We had a beautiful view of the Freedom Tower as well as the 9/11 Memorial right from our room.Spent a little time at the terrace bar, the staff there was also on point. plenty of specialty drinks, clean, fun atmosphere and more great views. If we make our way back to New York, I would book here again for sure!
