Since my husband was born & raised on 174th & Longfellow we went for a Memorial Bbq of a close friend's father's passing. They keep it clean. It's always got the neighborhood regulars. Great for BBQing and plenty of room to setup tables if u want. There's many benches & it's very well shaded. Just no swings or anything extra for little kids..but a beautiful community of ppl & place to hang overall
