West Farms Hotel Reviews
This hotel like I mean the staff mostly have an attitude and always have wouldn't recommend this hotel
Mar 16, 2025 · Oliver HernandezThe room was horrible it had mice and roaches, it wasn't clean the bed had crumbs on it the fridge had mold and no shelves, the walls and curtains were stained, the bathroom toilet paper holder was broke, walls nasty just ugh. I'll never stay there again but the customer service was good and the water was nice and hot. I understand the location isn't the best but come on now do better!
Jul 05, 2024 · Sherrice FieldsEasy to get to, however all the rooms are different. Been here more then a hand full of time and room 215?!! Just give them the key back🤦🏾♀️ the floor is broken and the room looks like it was set to flames once upon a time🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 like bru. 102 is decent minus the space heater..... As a fire safety officer that is a bad fire hassert. And it don't help. I was still freezing 🥶. I only had one room in the about 5times I visited and it was great. Had heat, the TV WORKED, a table and chairs cuz who wants to be on the bed all the time🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 and when it's a group of friends chilling we all not gone be on one bed. Okay🙌🏾🙌🏾. We need space chairs are good 🙌🏾. But next the bathroom..... Let's be real, if it look like a basement bathroom I don't want it🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I don't even wanna take my Sox's off😩. This spot is a gamble 💯💯💯 and they never have the prices right, one guy charges 40 for 3h and the next 50, while the Indian tried to charge 60 and then got upset because the floor was breaking and I didn't want to stay, supposedly gave me another hour but house keeping knocked 30 min early...... Exactly🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I only go on weekends🤷🏾🤷🏾 no excuse.
Mar 11, 2023 · Stratton LyniseHorrible service. First they gave us a dirty room, that was not ready yet. We gave them a chance it can happen, but the second one they gave us was worse and supposedly clean already. The worse thing is that we asked for refund since it was not our fault they room were dirty and they refused. The parking lot and the entrance to the hotel at the outside had a strong urine smell. I don't recommend this place. It's like a nightmare. If you don't want them stealing your money stay away is my suggestion.
Oct 24, 2022 · Yireny hernandezWorst Experience ever. This hotel does not in any way provide what is advertised. The room conditions are horrible. Actually, horrible is an understatement. We were told we could only pay in cash, which we did thinking we would get what the company advertises on their website. We get to the first room and it was a complete health hazard. The outlets we not covered properly and there was no smoke or CO2 detector. The sheets were stained terribly and the bath tub had not been cleaned. We went to the desk and told the gentleman we just looked at the room and wanted our money back. He claimed he could not refund us because he had already put the transaction through. He offered to "upgrade" our room. We get to the second room and its no better. We get to the second room which was on the ground floor and the television was still on. We found that strange and upon further inspection the sheets were clearly not clean and some one had just left the room. Spackling(?) was spread around the outlets. Then when we thought it could not get any worse we heard a man start screaming and moaning. So, I said, enough is enough we need to leave. While doing so a pedestrian DROPPED DEAD out front. Literally died on the side walk in front of the door. The staff did nothing and flocked to the front door and windows to gawk at this guy laying on the sidewalk in the rain. Terrible, terrible place with even worse staff. They should be ashamed of their false advertisement and so called amenities that they provide. I would give zero stars if I could.
