This Hotel offers a reasonable size room with accommodations for handicapped accessible rooms available and it is located in a convenient location. This hotel is currently under construction and is open for business with the construction area closed off from the hotel guests. This Fairfield Inn Hotel offers Free Breakfast, a Fitness Room, indoor Pool Area, Clean Rooms and a Free Parking Lot. This Hotel new rooms include a small coffee machine, a microwave, a mini fridge and coming soon a new clothes. The new hotel rooms need to be upgrade with more mobile phones and electrical outlets, upgrade the mini fridge were the temperature settings can go beyond the two hour limited, and the mobile service and WiFi network needs to be improved. Staff customer service was reasonable.
May 24, 2025 · Kev keepingitrealI have stayed at this hotel a lot of times. The room rates were reasonable but this time the rate almost doubled. I called and he said maybe the rates went up! I told him I am looking at the rates now and they are less than what I was charged. He said I don't know. If this is how they are treating their members I am never going back again. Also, they upgraded the third floor. The upgrade took away the desk and CLOSET. Yes there is no closet so you better plan for short stay because the chest of drawers is also smaller.
Apr 14, 2025 · John PhilipsyhyyI must first state that if I am disappointed with something during a stay, I first give the establishment an opportunity to make it rite. That did not happen at this hotel. We were staying 5 nights, I notified the front desk of issues as soon as we went to our room. The polite girl at the desk explained that the GM was away on business and was not reachable via phone and advised me to send her an email and she might reply to me, she never did. At checkout, I asked if the GM was back yet and she said not till later in the week.At check in I learned that the hotel was under a major renovation which we were never advised about. My room was on the second floor and renovations were being done below us on the first floor, needless to say there was construction noise from time to time. Our remodeled room was on the small side but manageable. We soon discovered that there wasn't a designated closet, an iron, an ironing board, a safe, a desk or a luggage rack. It did have a bed, two small draws in a tiny dresser, a refrigerator that I had to plug in, and a microwave. When I asked the front desk about the coset issue I was informed that the closets had not yet arrived but they could give us some hangers. I explained that we were staying 5 nights and a lot of clothes. We had to stage clothes around the room for our stay. An iron and ironing board was sent to the room but now we had to navigate around this. During water use from the third floor and my room, the water pipes would bang in the bathroom wall. I had to close the bathroom door and turn on the exhaust fan to soften the banging noise. In addition to that noise, the floors would creek from the person above us. The morning breakfast was the standard breakfast that all hotels are providing these days. The housekeeping was very good and overall the hotel was clean. As one might guess, I will not return to this mismanaged hotel.
May 04, 2025 · Bill DickAbsolutely gorgeous hotel. felt more like a personal apartment! fully supplied kitchen for cooking needs, plates, cups, pots pans etc. staff was helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!!!
May 04, 2025 · Stephanie FlaggWe stayed here about a week ago. The room was tiny. There is no closet and barely and shelf space. They only offer breakfast for 2.5 hours and were very strict about the timing, they immediately started putting the breakfast away and acted like you were committing a crime by trying to grab something real quick (we thought the breakfast was for 3 hours which is standard but not with these guys). The front desk lady was rude and gave us dirty looks. I accidentally left two bracelets by the phone in the room and called the next day to ask if they could be mailed to me and offered to pay for the postage. The guy at the front desk knew exactly what I was talking about because he asked if they had colored designs on them and if there were two of them. I confirmed it was 2 bracelets that were purple and green Van Cleefs designs. He said he would check with housekeeping and give me a call within a couple of days. I never heard from him and called back a week later and the front desk lady put me on hold for maybe 1 minute which was not enough time to speak with housekeeping and got back on the phone and said she spoke with her Chief Engineer (not sure why that person would be relevant in this case) and they did not find any jewelry in the room. They are big fat liars and stole my jewelry. Do not stay here!
