Night Hotel Broadway Reviews
May 26, 2025My group of four stayed at this hotel, but we were disappointed with the overall service. The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating, with overly rigid policies—such as providing only two water bottles per day despite our booking being for four guests. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable, affecting our rest. While the location was convenient, the poor service and unwelcoming attitude of the staff significantly diminished our experience. We expected better hospitality for the price paid.
May 27, 2025 · Arhab HasanI honestly like this hotel. Be warned the side that faces broadway is quite loud at all times. The other sides are quiet. The rooms are generally nice although the hotel is old. They are updating the rooms. Don’t ever expect sound proofing based on my experience. Good enough though and 2 stops on express to Times Square.
May 21, 2025 · William WhiteThe room was almost clean. I had to ask to vacuum the carpet again, and they did, and it feels much better now. Everything else besides that is fine is nice and clean. Smells fine. Very good price of a hotel in Upper West Side of New York City. Seems like they're willing to do a good job to make you happy and satisfied.I'm recommending.
Mar 17, 2025 · אייל גזונדהייטI loved staying here and will be back in a few months. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean. The staff were so so so nice and allowed us to check in hours early. Definitely recommend!
May 27, 2025 · Rebecca WellsBeware! If the hotel gets your reservation wrong it's not their fault they say, it's the booking site or yours, even when shown the site w 2 double beds reserved and then their email sent to confirm a room w 2 beds (also different from the site reservation--king w a twin). The manager did not come out to discuss and help solve the situation relying on front desk clerk to communicate and insist we call site and get them to straighten out the situation (they made 2 calls to hotel--took 1.5 hours) before we were finally given the 2 bedroom we reserved but charged extra $229.00 for the 3 nights! The site covered the extra $239.00 saying this has happened before w NIGHT and apologized. Room had no bureau for clothes, rust stains in bathtub/shower, no curtains and one set of blinds did not close/come down without strong pulling, rug could use deep clean.
