One review mentioned finding ticks on dogs after a visit. As a general precaution for any outdoor excursion with your pet in New York, especially in wooded or grassy areas, it's recommended to perform thorough tick checks after your visit and to consult your veterinarian about appropriate tick prevention methods for your dog. This proactive approach ensures your dog's safety and your peace of mind while enjoying the great outdoors.
