Reservation Resources Reviews
Reservation Resources has been managing our building for the past six weeks and I cannot say enough about the wonderful job they are doing. They have a support team that can be reached by phone or email for any questions, requests, or even suggestions, and someone always responds immediately with help on the way. Everything is streamlined. When it snows, someone clears our sidewalks early in the morning, our hallways are kept clean, and Reservation Resources was kind enough to keep on the same pest control company we were using before, even offering them additional work. In addition, we pay our rent online now without the hassle of writing checks and trips to the post office. As I tenant, I can certainly say that I am much happier now with Reservation Resources in charge, and I would definitely recommend them to any landlord who is feeling overwhelmed with all the responsibilities of maintaining a rental property.
Feb 10, 2025 · Judith BurnellThese are OLD outdated 1980 apartments. These rooms are NO MORE worth THAN $700-$800 a month!!!!!!$1200-1500 is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!!! EXPECIALLY WHEN MOST OF THE UNITS THERE ARE 5-6 PEOPLE CRAMPED UP WITH 1 BATHROOM SMH LOL HARDLY ANY PRIVACY WHATSOEVER. NO MATCHING AT ALL.Co-living companies like Outpost, Co-habs, Roomsrs etc. offer same prices which include high quality weekly cleaning, supplies, upgraded units, gyms, in unit laundry, private bathrooms and more. These rooms are for 1-7 days. Get your business done then leave. some of their buildings need some serious upgrades from the entrance through the entire building.
Mar 19, 2025 · BX NYCThe accommodation in question, a discreet urban refuge rented for seventeen days, oscillates between functional austerity and the shortcomings of a space left to its own fate. The room, though equipped with heating and a shower that performs without fuss, features an odd bed: a collage of layered sheets, the top one adorned with stains that invite suspicion. Silence is not its virtue: the fridge roars like a caged beast, noises from the building pierce the walls, and sleep becomes an intermittent commodity. The cockroach that appeared on the final day completes a picture of questionable hygiene, worsened by the lack of soap in the showers and a solitary toilet paper roll for 17 daysAnonymity reigns here: no trace of staff, no services offered, not a soul to exchange glances or complaints with. The hostess, when asked to change floors the staircase felt like a daily penance, chose silence. That said: the price, budget-friendly, and the location, convenient, redeem the experience. Recommendable for austere wallets and strong stomachs, though if the budget allows, better to seek a place where rest is not a fleeting illusion.
Mar 17, 2025 · Luis DelgadoThis place is 10 minutes walk from Penn Station. The rooms are very old but it does the job. Bathrooms are very small and very old too. It was most of the time clean.Take earplugs when coming here because the walls are thinner than paper. Also some rooms have views on a brick wall with absolutely no daylights coming in. I felt very bad for the old guy working here because it seems like he's alone and he was literally doing everything from cleaning the rooms and the bathroom to taking trashes out. It's a nice location for a few days but 10 days seemed really claustrophobic and too expensive for the quality of the place.
Jan 26, 2025 · Laura NakacheMe and my husband stayed for 4 days at the studio. It was a clean, peaceful accomodation very near to subway station. We roamed around the New York City using the public transport and the location of this property helped. Also many conviences stores, eateries, supermarkets can be found nearby.
