Apr 17, 2025 · Jessica TorresThis is the perfect hotel for a stay. The staff is so friendly and kind. The rooms were dated but clean. The owner explained they are renovating. It is right next to little Italy a Starbucks. A perfect spot to start the day in NYC!! They also do coffee in the AM and Cookies at night. I will return it is perfect.
Jan 01, 2025 · Keyo GoodwinThis hotel was a last-minute booking for me and my family around the New Year. Not knowing what expect. I was pleasantly surprised and definitely will be back. Not only is it a great location the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Especially Keith, the hotel manager he is amazing. We will definitely be back and can't wait to see all the updates.
Feb 21, 2025 · Alicia Huynh& Do not stay! Let's start from the beginning. When we arrived, the first room had mold underneath the wallpaper, and the wallpaper was coming off of the wall-see picture.Reception gave us a new room and offered a $24 discount! In the new room, there is mold around the switches and windows.Dust in the vents and the worst of the worst possible- not freaking hot water under the shower !! While we were visiting NYC daily weather was 30F, so when you came back to your room, I wished to take a hot shower, but NO, freaking hell, guess what? No hot water was under the shower - they gave us another $24 discount!Do not stay!I have more pictures and videos. This a health risk staying in this hotel with mold all around you!
Jan 04, 2025 · Natalia SzapielThis isn't soho this is Chinatown let's be honest. Rooms are super old im surprised theirs a flat screen TV. But the remote was janky. Damaged furniture. Water doesn't get hot enough. Room is super duper tiny. Hallways are loud i can hear everything. Everything about this place is tiny. But the sheets and stuff seemed clean. Wouldn't stay again though. Too expensive for it to be old and rusty. Maybe update the furniture if you're gonna charge holiday inn prices
