Soho Garden Hotel Reviews
All the mixed reviews kind of worries us a bit. But we have a great experience here. The “noise” from the street was not bad at all. We could sleep very well. The heating and hot water works well. The receptionists are friendly. There are good supplies in the lobby. Location is great. Many subway lines literally next door.
Feb 11, 2025 · Kim Tran (Kim Hàng Bông)The location is right outside the train station. Very convenient. Clean bathrooms. Decent size for two people. Great value for what you pay. Staff is very friendly
Apr 06, 2025 · Giselle SantosWe were looking for a semi-affordable place to simply sleep and have as a home base and it served that purpose. By no means a nice hotel. It was clean and had what we needed. The room is small and the street is very noisy-you'll need to wear provided ear plugs all night. The bed, towels and pillows are not super comfortable. You cannot control the central air in your room so the temperature is hit or miss. But it is a fairly central location right next to the subway. Kind of a shady street, lots of vendors, homeless, etc. You're going to get what you're paying for. If you just want a place to plop at night, its a decent option.
Dec 12, 2024 · Anna CraigThey were phenomenally, accommodated, comma, kind, and the best word I can describe them as in all the staff and employees there are chill. 10/10 check it out. Very cool location too.
Apr 10, 2025 · Michael OstragerPlease take into consideration all of the NEGATIVE 1-star ratings of this hotel. It will save you a lot of trouble. These people will scam you and take your money. My friend had her card charged for a night she didn’t stay and they will not process a refund. How is this ethical?Don’t trust these people with your card information. Do not trust these people to deliver any customer service. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.
