We were in New York for a week and had a pleasant stay. The room was big enough (lime green) and decorated in good taste. Boothe was a nice and helpful host. The guesthouse is located in a quiet and residential street, only a few minutes away from the subway (116th street). It takes between 15-30 minutes to get to Midtown and Downtown Manhattan. The stairs are a bit squeaky but the other guests were very mindful. Def recommend if you enjoy mingling with locals and/or are on a budget. - Chris
