The Iroquois New York Reviews
My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to NYC and could not have been more pleased! The hotel has a very sophisticated feel and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The front desk staff was always very nice. The on site breakfast was a huge perk, especially getting to talk to Ben in the mornings - he was so fun to talk to and always had great recommendations. The location was incredible - very close walking distance to every Broadway show and anything you could want to see in Midtown, but tucked away enough to feel out of the hustle and bustle. Noise was never an issue (just the usual sounds of traffic you will find anywhere in NYC). We would love to come back and stay at the Iroquois again!
Jun 01, 2025 · Krista BaileyWe had a perfect experience at the Iroquois! The room was everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was so kind, helped us with every request and made our stay very pleasant. In general, there is a very nice and calm atmosphere in the hotel and the location is perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
May 25, 2025 · Tirtsa Faust-GilaWe just left the hotel and after a10-day stay and I can only describe our experience as exceptional. Jay at the front desk was fantastic. We needed to extend our stay by one day and he helped us make it a smooth and easy adjustment with no room switch needed. Benjamin was bright, sunny, and enjoyable each morning at breakfast. If you need any city recommendations, he's your guy. Kenneth is your guy for any afternoon or evening need. Great hotel, fantastic staff.
Apr 02, 2025 · Josh HolwerdaI have been staying at the Iroquois for business trips for over five years. I tend to stay for a week at a time four times a year and I’ve never had a bad experience. The location is central to everything. The staff take excellent care of you. The rooms are comfortable and private. The bedding, room and bathroom amenities are wonderful. I notice they are continually striving to make improvements and updates. The breakfast space is a lovely atrium covered dining area off the lobby. The food selection checks all the boxes and the team looking after the guests are very attentive. This is a boutique hotel with lots of old New York charm with 21st Century updates. At this point it feels like a second home. I look forward to my stays at this properly and see many familiar faces indicating the staff enjoy working here as much as I enjoy my stays.
Jan 20, 2025 · Noah WoodGreat location, small but clean and comfortable room with all the little luxuries. Slippers, magnifying mirror, suitcase stand, TV with disinfected remote, notepad and pencil, vanity set, bathrobe, large shower, complimentary fruit and water upon check-in, and all the other little things that most hotels forgo now. Breakfast was included in the rate and plentiful.Standout is the service though: everything was done with a warm, attentive touch. Would return just for that alone but also had a lovely time otherwise. What a gem of a place. Thank you so much!
