Wave Hill Public Garden & Cultural Center Reviews
It was my first time visiting Wave Hill, and it’s truly a hidden gem tucked away in Riverdale. The staff were incredibly friendly, and you can really see how much care goes into maintaining the grounds—they keep everything spotless. The views of the Hudson River are stunning, and there's a peaceful pond filled with fish and turtles. There are plenty of quiet spots to sit, relax, or even meditate. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re going solo or bringing the family. Highly recommend!
Apr 25, 2025 · Swannie Batista-GilAn incredible and beautiful way to spend a day, just a stones throw from most spots in NYC. (A couple stops on metro north for roughly the same price as a subway ride)The gardens are well kept and the crowds are not a thing. Quiet and peaceful walks through the conservatory or art instillations. It’s all really so lovely and an under appreciated adventure compared to similar gardens and cultural centers around.
