Wee Woods Reviews
Attached to Memorial Park, which you can’t leave a review for, but this place is expansive with something for everyone! One of the most creative kids play places I’ve ever seen, including ropes courses and everything, and a more typical kids playground at the base, adjacent to an open field, a football field, a baseball Diamond, a hiking trail, picnic tables, and so much more!!!!
Sep 03, 2023 · Kristy JohnsonMy children and I love this place! It’s the perfect outdoor area to give children a unique obstacle climbing experience. The old tree stumps and logs make for a great way for children to climb while having fun.
Feb 10, 2025 · Keon FranksMy grandsons, ages 5, and 22 months, played at Wee Woods Park over the weekend. It is the most awesome playground that I have ever seen, by far. It is sectioned off with a chain-link fence, side-by-side, for toddlers and for older children. Everything is free. There are many ride-on toys, toy kitchens, and much more. Included with the swings is one in which an adult and child can face each other, riding safely. A fence around the toddler section keeps the children from being able to run off. There are many benches. There's a sand pit as well and many nice features. I wish every town had a playground like this! Thank you Beacon for investing in this. I live far away but will return.
