Citadines Connect Fifth Avenue New York Reviews
Read all these reviews and still booked bc it was the cheapest during the week we needed(4/16-4/18). The hotel is VERY small, the rooms are VERY small! It’s like a dorm room. The bathroom is very small. However, the hotel is located 100% in the middle of everything. You can ask for a better location. We had 4 people(3 adults, one child) very right, but we only used this room to sleep, which was perfectly fine for us. If you plan to be in your hotel more that out and about I suggest passing on this hotel. If you plan to be out most of your time then it’s perfectly fine. It’s clean, tidy, and didn’t see any cosmetic problems. The staff was nice but super SLOW! Also their parking lot that is for the hotel is very far away, I suggest finding one closer.
Apr 17, 2025 · brooke kenneyBy family had a wonderful two night stay.At the time of our arrival we greeted by Carl, and from then on Jose and the entire staff was amazing. The room was smaller than I expected, however they were able to accommodate our luggage in a storage room.Blessings to you allThe Johnson Family
May 20, 2025 · Kimberly JohnsonThis was perfect for us! We were able to get 2 beds for not much more than 1 bed, which is not easy in NYC. Our room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The locations is steps away from theaters and Times Square. Breakfast is included, which also is a perk and not that common in NYC - it was a large croissant, apple, and juice delivered to your room. Coffee in room and in lobby. Not a huge stuff-yourself buffet, but enough to get out the door in the morning and get sight-seeing and not have to worry about a real meal until lunch. Staff were very friendly. This was a gem!
Mar 27, 2025 · Laura BrennanNever refunded my $200 - my room was perfectly fine and they said so in an email. Kept giving me the runaround and won’t show proof of refund. ( which never happened) elevators soooo slow, rooms were tiny. The only decent thing is the location.
May 28, 2025 · Barbi EmbodyOur room was not ready at check in time. We waited over an hour and we had to go to the front desk to remind them we were still waiting. Small room, no lighting, musty, no view, not a sound proof room, no fridge. If we wanted ice we had to go up a few floors. The utility cart was left on the a different floor so we would have to go and grab towels/ toilet paper because they don’t even ask if you need anything during your stay. Honestly this hotel its a catfish. In other words very disappointing and not worth the money at all.
