Among these, the Comfort Inn & Suites stands out as a reliable choice, promising a stay focused on the essentials that truly matter: cleanliness and comfort.
The Comfort Inn & Suites in the Bronx understands that a hotel stay’s success hinges on fundamental elements. As one satisfied guest eloquently put it, "Let’s be honest. This focus on core guest needs is a recurring theme in visitor feedback, highlighting the hotel's commitment to providing a genuinely pleasant experience.
Guests consistently praise the quality of sleep afforded by the beds at Comfort Inn & Suites. One reviewer raved, "Their bed was a perfect mix of firm yet plush. The bed sheets felt clean and pressed. Good pillows and plenty of them. We had a view of the highway which could be heard through the bedroom window but it was actually kind of peaceful. The bed baby, it’s all about the bed. They got it." This attention to bedding, from the firmness of the mattress to the cleanliness of the linens and abundance of pillows, ensures a restful night, a true luxury in the bustling city.
Beyond just the bed, the overall cleanliness of the hotel receives high marks, particularly for the rooms and bathrooms. "Honestly the room was a lot cleaner and spacious than I expected it to be (given the area). The Bathrooms were nice and clean. (I’m a stickler for a clean bathroom)," noted another guest. While some visitors might not be fans of carpeted rooms, the overwhelming consensus points to the hotel's dedication to maintaining a pristine environment, a critical factor for any discerning traveler.

Comfort Inn & Suites Reviews
Let’s be honest. What do we really need when we stay at a hotel? Cleanliness and a good bed. Without those two things the stay isn’t enjoyable. This place seemed to have those two things. Their bed was a perfect mix of firm yet plush. The bed sheets felt clean and pressed. Good pillows and plenty of them. We had a view of the highway which could be heard through the bedroom window but it was actually kind of peaceful. Parking was $40 a day even if you have a room there. This may be common practice in NY so I’m not criticizing it. Breakfast was basic and simple, coffee did the trick and they had packets of honey which was sweet because that’s my sweetener of choice. The bed baby, it’s all about the bed. They got it.
Apr 05, 2025 · Scott DrewHonestly the room was a lot cleaner and spacious than I expected it to be (given the area). The Bathrooms were nice and clean. (I’m a stickler for a clean bathroom) I not a fan of carpet but we only stayed for a few days so I sucked it up lol. A couple downsides are the breakfast sucks, even though it’s free just walk down the street and eat somewhere else. The elevator broke and we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. The hallways were a bit noisy at night, nothing unbearable but just a tad bit annoying. But overall staff was pleasant and professional and we enjoyed our stay.
Mar 19, 2025 · Sarah PearlConvenient to Manhattan without the exorbitant price. Our room was CLEAN! We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave early, but we saw them setting up and it looked like a decent spread. We'll stay here again!
May 17, 2025 · Kasey KruseThis place presents as if it's gonna be great but NOPE! As we checked in I was told that the elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. You would think they would make an effort to make up for this by offering a discount. Nope! Then I was charged $40 dollars extra to park on the premises. One would think this would be rolled into the cost of the room considering this is new york and parking is a nightmare. Then to top it off the staff could care less about our stay. 10 minutes after getting to my room I called the front desk for towels and never received them the front desk seemed like they were bothered by my call. Then when we were getting ready for bed my wife finds a red stain on the bed sheet. Lord knows what that is! So we removed the sheet. Then In the morning I had to call the front desk for toothpaste since there was none in the room. I walked the four flights down since they couldn't send anyone to my room due to no elevator, and when i got there I was made to wait 10 minutes so she could hung up from her personal call. I asked some questions and guess what, I was met with attitude once again. This place is a beautiful remodled building with terrible staff and attitudes. I Couldnt wait to check out of this place. Never again!!!!!
Mar 16, 2025 · James BurgosI had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! I visited for a business meeting with a partner, and we were blown away by the amazing staff—they were so professional and accommodating. The whole place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made for the best sleep I've had in ages! I was even tempted to ask how much it would be to stay longer. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
