This isn't just a hotel; it's a destination that invites you to indulge in refined comfort and discover a new level of hospitality.

While recent reviews highlight some areas where the spa experience might not consistently meet the high expectations set by a "5-star hotel and French spa," particularly concerning the warmth of the room and the execution of specific massage types, it's clear that the overall commitment to customer service and hospitality remains a significant strength. Feedback from those who have experienced private events at the hotel frequently praises the "top-notch" customer service, "fantastic" staff, and "amazing" food and ambiance. This dichotomy suggests that while some niche services may be evolving, the core hospitality and the ability to create a truly "5-star experience" for events and general stays are deeply embedded in Fouquet's New York. It's a place that strives to make every guest feel valued, and its distinctive aesthetic and dedication to high standards are undeniable.

As a luxury hotel, Fouquet's New York's approach to "promotions or special offers" typically differs from that of a mainstream business. Rather than frequent discounts, luxury hotels often offer exclusive packages, seasonal experiences, or curated stay enhancements designed to add value and exclusivity to the guest experience.
While specific current promotions are best verified directly with the hotel's official website or reservations team, potential offers might include:
- Seasonal Stay Packages: These could be tailored around holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, as mentioned in a review context, though the specific spa experience was critiqued), major New York City events, or specific times of the year. Such packages often bundle accommodation with dining credits, spa treatments, or unique local experiences.
- Romance or Wellness Retreats: Given the presence of a spa and a focus on luxury, packages designed for romantic getaways or comprehensive wellness retreats are highly probable, potentially including special amenities, couple's massages, or healthy dining options.
- Culinary Experiences: The hotel might offer packages centered around its dining facilities, such as a "Gourmet Getaway" including a tasting menu dinner, breakfast, and potentially a culinary demonstration.
- Extended Stay Benefits: For guests planning longer visits, the hotel might provide incentives like complimentary nights, reduced rates for multiple nights, or enhanced services such as laundry credits.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Fouquet's New York may collaborate with luxury brands, cultural institutions, or local businesses to offer exclusive access, discounts, or unique experiences to its guests, such as private shopping appointments or tickets to sold-out shows.
- Loyalty Programs: Affiliation with a luxury hotel group's loyalty program (if applicable) would typically provide benefits like room upgrades, late check-out, and exclusive member rates.
To inquire about current availability, seasonal packages, or special offers, the most accurate and up-to-date information will always be found on Fouquet's New York's official website or by contacting their reservations department directly. Fouquet's New York Reviews
Went to the spa for a massage on Valentine’s Day. It was the most basic massage I have ever gotten!!! For a 5 star hotel and a French spa it lacked everything! Room was cold. I asked for a Lymphatic massage and I have had lymphatics before and that was definitely not a lymphatic. Then they served hot green tea in a plastic cup??
Feb 24, 2025 · Debbie VellaWe recently worked a private event here and WOW. We weren’t guest but the customer service and hospitality was top notch. The food was amazing and the entire staff was fantastic. The decor, the ambiance everything was amazing. Thanks for creating an 5 star experience! Cant wait to be back!
Apr 27, 2025 · Mirrored Memories NJFirst time staying in this hotel. Absolutely amazing. Greeted by my name when I arrived at valet. The spa was beyond expectations. They also had my favorite sound system; (Duvalier) along with a “room mist bottle” and a ton of other details.Food was great,.Special thanks to concierge: Chris for making my stay extraordinary.
Mar 19, 2025 · Adam TischerCan’t speak for the hotel itself (it looked really nice) this review is for the bar manager on Friday April 11th he told us (me and my friend are both men of color) that tables were for hotel guests only. I thought it as weird but didn’t press the matter further, a few moment later a few people , two operate groups) that had been standing outside of the hotel waiting for their friend to arrive (CLEARLY NOT HOTEL GUESTS) came and were seated at the two open tables. Mind you this place does not do reservations. I didn’t like that vibe. Have consistent rules for the walk in policy so it doesn’t give off racist or prejudice energy. The rest of the staff was lovely but the weird vibe from management left a nasty “taste” in my mouth and we finished our drink and left
Apr 16, 2025 · ryan birchI had one of the worst excuses for a luxury room that I've ever experienced at Fouquets. It was billed as a 'Courtyard' room, but there was no 'courtyard'. The 'view' was just the back of the neighboring building with rusty air shafts, window unit air conditioners, electrical wires, and peeling paint. I have never, ever experienced anything like this in a hotel billing itself as a luxury 5 star accommodations. Room inside is beautifully decorated but the front desk had an attitude and the service was poor. Thankfully I was only there for two nights. Does not feel like a $1000/night+ hotel.
