GWB Hotel Introduce
The GWB Hotel, located at 1996 Webster Ave, Bronx, NY 10457, serves as a lodging option within the diverse urban landscape of the Bronx. While typically a "Scenic Spot" category might suggest a destination known for its natural beauty or aesthetic appeal, in the context of a hotel, it refers to a specific location offering a service for sale—accommodation. Therefore, this introduction will detail the GWB Hotel as a point of interest for travelers and local users seeking temporary stays, based on available information and customer feedback.
The environment surrounding the GWB Hotel is characteristic of an urban setting in the Bronx. Situated on Webster Avenue, guests can expect a dynamic street environment with the typical sounds and activities of a city neighborhood. The hotel's immediate surroundings are primarily residential and commercial, reflecting the bustling nature of this part of New York City. Guests considering a stay here should be aware of this urban backdrop, which, while offering convenience to local amenities and transportation, may also present the challenges associated with a dense urban environment.
Regarding its services, the primary offering of the GWB Hotel is guest accommodation. The hotel provides rooms for temporary stays, catering to individuals or groups seeking lodging in the Bronx area. Contact information for the hotel is provided as (718) 220-1822 for phone inquiries and +1 718-220-1822 for mobile contact. These channels are available for reservations, general inquiries, or any immediate needs guests might have during their stay. As a Scenic Spot in the sense of a service provider, the core service is the provision of a place to sleep and rest.
In terms of features, customer reviews indicate specific aspects of the GWB Hotel. While some guests have found the rooms to be "pretty decent as far as cleanliness," there are recurring comments about the size of the rooms being "very small." This suggests that space might be a premium within the hotel's accommodations. Additionally, issues with air conditioners have been reported, with some guests stating they "all look broken." These observations point to potential areas regarding the comfort and functionality of the in-room amenities. The hotel also offers a front desk service, which is a standard feature for guest assistance, although customer feedback regarding its helpfulness has been mixed.
Promotional information, or rather, the perception of value, is largely influenced by customer experiences. Real customer reviews highlight concerns regarding pricing and transparency. One recurring issue mentioned is that "the prices they quote is NOT what they charge," and that charges can vary significantly, even for repeat customers. This suggests a potential lack of consistent pricing policy, which could be a significant deterrent for future bookings. Another critical aspect raised by guests is the sanitary conditions of the hotel. Reviews describe issues such as rooms smelling "straight like cigarettes," stains on bedding, mold and garbage in bathrooms, and food on walls, along with broken furnishings. These comments suggest significant cleanliness and maintenance challenges, which directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of guests. Such feedback can heavily influence potential visitors' decisions when considering the GWB Hotel as a lodging option.
Overall, based on the provided information and customer feedback, the GWB Hotel operates as a lodging facility in the Bronx. While it offers a basic accommodation service, the recurring themes in customer reviews regarding inconsistent pricing, small room size, issues with air conditioning, and particularly concerns about cleanliness and sanitary conditions, paint a challenging picture of the guest experience. For local users and travelers seeking accommodation in the Bronx, it is crucial to weigh these detailed insights when considering the GWB Hotel as their choice for a temporary stay. The objective presentation of this information aims to provide a clear understanding of what guests might expect when utilizing the services of the GWB Hotel as a Scenic Spot offering accommodation for sale.

GWB Hotel Reviews
I've stayed at better hotel and the prices they quote is NOT what they charge I come here often but every time I come they charge me something different. I will NEVER pay to come here again. It's always something with these air conditioners too, they all look broken. Someone needs to investigate the hotel management because they are running a scam on people. The rooms are pretty decent as far as cleanliness but very small. My bedroom, kitchen and living is bigger than any room I've stayed in this hotel and I've been here now than 10 times but like I said the last 3 times I was here they changed the price. They tried to charge me $300 last night. ABSOLUTELY NOT
Oct 09, 2022 · Bleu KnowlesSo horrible!!! Don’t not come here! This place smell straight like cigarettes… the front desk is very rude and not helpful. Once we walked in the room, we seen the stains on the bed & pillow cases. The bathroom has mold and garbage in it. The walls have food on them. There’s a broken painting in the room! The place is so unsanitary and dirty. We asked for a room change because I’m pregnant but they said no.. highly upset. Not even worth the money..
Aug 04, 2021 · Nicole CruzCAUTION 🛑⛔️❌🚫‼️❗️❗️❗️❗️⛔️Very very terrible experience. My worse ever hotel 🏨experience. 2 night stay and the bath and bed NEVER CLEAN 🧼. Soap was opened and wet, no wash cloth. Only 1 Towel look like used one. I think the room and the bathroom was not clean after someone check out. Luckily I had my own items. They don’t care. House keeper never come in😢😂.Spoke to receptionist and he said will send someone but never. The noise too was unbearable can’t sleep. I think you will be better off sleeping in your car than be in this hotel. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT. ⛔️⛔️🚫 ♨️📛‼️This is my personal experience but it’s your choice if you still want it.
Jun 03, 2019 · Samuel KontohI live in the area they turned this place into migrant housing it has made the area worst then what it was kids running around with no parents watching them and the area is always nasty and dirty can’t even walk my dogs around here because they leave no space to walk and nothing but food all over the floor they need to turn it back to a normal hotel
Aug 31, 2024 · Jose RamirezThe place is very nice and extremely clean. The sizes of the bedrooms compared to the sizes in Manhattan are night and day. Few places to eat around there and not noisy,no desolate, debauchery at all. Friendly staff and well worth a stay or two compared to the other sleazy places asking way more. Recommended for sure.
