Just a really clean and convenient home away from home, when you wanna be in the fashion district. The rooftop bar is amazing, and have great drinks and eats. The staff was very friendly and kind. It's an awesome spot to be in the middle of everything. There's a bunch of places to eat around here, also
May 23, 2025 · Shawn MorelandBooked this on recommendation from a friend. Ideal location far away enough from the noise to sleep but close enough to walk to or hop on the subway which is nearby.Beds comfortable, room reasonable size for NYC. Rooftop bar a benefit for night caps after evenings out. Elevator waits not more than 5-10 mins which seems to be an influence on where people book.Would stay here again.
May 19, 2025 · Andrew GrayHilton New York Fashion District is a gem and definitely my new favorite in the City! First of all, this hotel is sparkling clean having received a recent, complete remodel. But even more important is the staff at this property. Starting with Martha and her Team at the front desk - simply amazing, fun, yet professional and efficient service. She has a gift for bringing a calming effect to every interaction. The restaurant team is also top notch - Steven, David and Renata make you feel like you are at home. Impeccable service and great food! And finally, the location is brilliant. The Chelsea neighborhood is loaded with cool stores, world-class restaurants and is perfectly close to Javits Center which worked well for me and my group.
Apr 03, 2025 · Jim FeltmanLocation is excellent, restaurant staff is very polite and courteous, loved them especially the bartender. Rooms are also quite decent. Housekeeping staff is also very efficient. The rooftop bar is stunning.I stayed there with my family, including my senior parents and toddler son for 5 nights. The water purifier was broken throughout the stay and the lady at front desk was very hesitant to give me water bottles when their water purifier was broken. Finally her male colleague was kind enough to send us water bottles to the room after verifying the situation. They give you complimentary water bottles only if you join their membership and that too when checking in. So 1 L bottle for a room. This experience left a very sour taste for me throughout.
Apr 07, 2025 · Sohini SnehanVery challenging stay. The night manager “allowed” me to check out 2 days early so I could go and stay at another Hilton hotel in New York City. Construction on the hotel impacted every aspect of the stay from noise during the day so loud that I could not take a business call from my room to a lobby that was like checking into a FEMA emergency shelter. The situation appeared to impact the morale of some staff to the point that they simply no longer cared. When checking out early, I was asked “how is your stay going” by a manger in the elevator. I tried to explain challenges during my stay but the response was just “I was just asking to be polite.” Well, don’t ask if you don’t really want to know. I paid $30 to have 1 shirt launder - pricy but I needed it. You think at that price that includes a $10 deliver fee that it would be delivered to my room. Nope, had to go to makeshift lobby while someone searched for my laundry late at night. I needed to wear it next morning. I paid full price to stay in a 1 star situation. I have a lot more to say but will stop. I checked out early and went to Hilton Times Square for the remainder of my stay. The experience there was as expected from a Hilton property and I enjoyed that stay - at least I could work and not feel like I was in a FEMA shelter.
