Hotel Boutique at Grand Central Reviews
My partner and I stayed here this past weekend on a little getaway, and we had a very comfortable stay. The room albeit small, was very clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge which was useful for our leftovers, and housekeeping available upon request. The water bottle station on the floor was excellent as I drink a lot of water and really appreciated not having to purchase a case of water for our room. The rooftop lounge was a nice touch, and the free coffees were absolutely appreciated.Location was very convenient, basically across the street from Grand Central. We were able to navigate the city easily and efficiently.Staff was friendly and helpful, and the baggage hold situation made for a convenient last day, when our flight gave us some time to kill in the neighbourhood before needing to leave for the airport. We would definitely return for our next trip to the city!
Apr 02, 2025 · Sarah MorseI really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very clean and the staff were great. The hotel is super close to the subway, coffee shops, and bagel shops. I would definitely stay here again. Huge shoutout to Mark Anthony. We had an issue with our shuttle arriving late to get us back to the airport. He informed us that he could call a cab just in case our shuttle doesn’t arrive. We decided we would wait a little longer for the shuttle but little did we know Mark Anthony ordered the cab for us anyway. By the time we decided we wanted the cab, he was already walking us outside to get into the cab. We appreciate you looking out for us!! Thank you so much.
Apr 26, 2025 · Alicia Gonzalez, IBCLCRooms were a great price! We felt safe and the rooms were very clean. Excellent location within walking distance of grand central station and the ability to take the subway anywhere without having to do a ton of connections. We had to ask 3 times for toilet paper when we ran out, responding to guests requests could use some improvement.
Mar 25, 2025 · Vincent NavaThe bed is basically stabbing into you. The shower for wheelchair accessible is so small it’s almost laughable. They also have another name for the hotel making it hard to find when visiting first time. The workers are cool and the area isn’t bad by central station but it sucks there’s not much normal food places nearby.
May 04, 2025 · Grace BellNew York City hotels are always everything in "miniature," as the expense of it all is always matched by everything being so teeny-tiny. Hotel Boutique's rooms were not huge, but what struck me is how well-designed they were vs. other hotels I have stayed at. We had enough room. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Coffee bar / lounge in the Penthouse was excellent with great views and excellent free coffee. I would and will definitely stay here again. Location was also great; near Grand Central but without being in the thick of it at Times Square.
