Jun 14, 2024 · Burt ShoobsAs a runner it's a cool place to do a track workout. It would be even cooler if people would have any kind of runner's etiquette arround the track... I mean I understand that there's not too many place to walk safely arround here but in between people playing soccer on the track (there is a pitch inside the thing), people laying camping chairs on middle lanes, walking in groups without leaving any room for runners, jogging the wrong way on lane one, ect... some days can be hell of a workout.
May 27, 2025 · Lemercier SteveQuite a nice local park adjacent to the Lodi municipal building and police headquarters. Has most everything a good park should have except for picnic tables and facilities. There's a couple jungle gym playgrounds for the kiddies, a soccer/football field, encircled by a multi-lane track, 4 tennis courts, basketball, and volleyball courts plus a walking path that more or less meanders alongside the tennis courts and the gurgling Saddle River. Also a fine memorial area with flags and plaques honoring the local heros that were lost in each of the major wars. Limited parking.
