Park Central Hotel New York

870 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019, USA

3.0
There was no fridge or coffee machine in the room and there was no food room service. We were there for four nights and the room was not cleaned once. We had to request towels each day. There was no handset for the phone and although we requested one it never came. The elevators were a big problem, each time we wanted to go downstairs there was a long wait. When we left we were informed there was a “resort fee” of $40 a night. The very nice people at the desk reduced it by half when we explained about the phone, towels etc. but I was very disappointed in the housekeeping. The rooms were quite clean when we arrived and the beds were comfortable The bathroom was fine. Nice shower.Location was good, very central with a Starbucks on the corner. - Beatrice Booth
