Radio Hotel Reviews
I enjoyed my stay at the Radio Hotel and really loved the cleanliness of the area. I stayed in a queen deluxe which was arranged neatly, clean and had a beautiful view. I liked the idea of the thermostat being easily self controlled. Overall I had a great experience. Next time I hope to stay longer and tryout more of their partnered options.
Apr 01, 2025 · Allison HymanDisappointed. Paying the high prices of New York for a below average hotel.Front desk staff were super friendly but it stopped there.Rooms are concrete floors and ceilings. Going for the retro look resulting in a cramped and not so cozy room.Breakfast buffet minimal, overpriced and short staffed. Cook could not be bothered and was miserable.Restaurant and Bar not open on Mondays & Tuesdays.
May 22, 2025 · timothy andersonFirst of all, the manager of this hotel treated me extremely rudely! I had booked several nights in advance as temporary accommodation before moving into my New York apartment in June. However, after making the reservation, I learned that I could move into my apartment earlier, so I requested to cancel the remaining nights and get a refund. But the front desk manager flatly refused, stating, “Not a single cent will be refunded.” I then contacted Expedia, and they confirmed that a refund *was* possible—*if* the hotel agreed. However, when we tried negotiating with the manager again, he was hostile and condescending, even going so far as to say, “Go ahead and complain or report me—it won’t make any difference.”As a student with no source of income, this experience left me deeply disappointed. To encounter such cold indifference before even stepping into the real world is truly shocking. The hotel’s lack of empathy and disregard for customer rights not only damages its own reputation but also makes me question the basic integrity of the service industry.
May 27, 2025 · ZHENGRONG CHENI had Worst experience with my stay for 2 days. There were lot of issues that let me for me to this poor reviewI will start with most basic issue1. On the day of checkout I had issue with the Shower there is no running water in my shower .. I had to rush to the airport without having a bath.2. On the first day of my stay I had to call room service for 3 times just to get extra bath towel yet I haven’t received it.3. Bath door was a sliding door which doesn’t shut properly there was no way that I would lock it.. ( opens automatically)4. There is no proper lights in the room5. Dust on the room floor6. Room and customer service is poor7. Receptionist does not respond properly if we ask any questions.. ( There are 4 lady receptionist who are busy talking to themselves rather than customers)Never going to stay here again.!
May 14, 2025 · Thrinay Venkatayogisuper small room. Their restaurant is crazy expensive for what??? be ready to listen to Dembo at 9 AM for the whole day- didn’t bother me but just saying. The fridge can only hold three cans of soda. Neighborhood is “sketchy” if you’re not a New Yorker.
