Promotions or Special Offers
While specific, ongoing "promotions" in the traditional sense of a hotel are not directly highlighted in the provided reviews for The Ivy, this type of short-term rental property, often managed by companies like Rove Travel, frequently offers various incentives. These typically cater to different lengths of stay or specific booking conditions. For New Yorkers looking for a local escape or a place to house visiting family and friends, or even for an extended work-from-home setup, these indirect "offers" can be very appealing:
- Extended Stay Discounts: Properties like The Ivy are well-suited for longer stays (e.g., 30+ nights, 60+ nights). It is highly probable that booking for extended periods would unlock discounted nightly or weekly rates compared to short-term bookings. This is a common practice for furnished rentals of this caliber.
- Direct Booking Incentives: Booking directly through the property management (e.g., Rove Travel's website) might offer better rates or exclusive perks compared to third-party booking platforms.
- Referral Programs: Some property management companies offer referral bonuses for referring new guests or property owners. While not a direct discount on a stay, it can be a way to benefit from recommending the property.
- Seasonal Rates: Pricing for properties in New York City often fluctuates with seasonality. Booking during off-peak times (e.g., winter months outside of holidays) might result in more favorable rates.
- Flexible Cancellation Policies: While not a discount, a flexible cancellation policy can be a significant "offer" for locals, providing peace of mind, especially if plans are subject to change. It's important to verify the specific cancellation terms when booking.
- Repeat Guest Perks: Guests who frequently book with a particular property or management company may receive special consideration or loyalty benefits on future stays.
To inquire about any current specific offers, long-term stay discounts, or potential packages, it is always best for New Yorkers to directly contact The Ivy using the provided contact information. Mentioning your specific needs (e.g., an extended stay, corporate housing, family visit) might also help in finding the most suitable arrangement.

Aug 15, 2023 · Lewis SalasIf you're looking for a long-term stay and want to explore hidden gems in Washington Heights, look no further—this is the place! You are steps away from High Bridge Park, the renowned United Palace Theatre, and a number of options for authentic Dominican food (highly recommend Malecón and La Casa del Mofongo). The Ivy offers a comfortable experience for all guests and the host Julisa is very responsive to inquiries. My favorite part of the house is the furnished patio, which makes for a perfect spot for small gatherings or just to simply get some fresh air. Without a doubt, this is the place where you want to be to make the most out of your stay!
