Red Roof Inn Copiague Introduce
The Red Roof Inn Copiague, located at 10 34th St, Copiague, NY 11726, USA, serves as a practical and generally comfortable lodging option for those visiting the Long Island area. While a hotel is not typically categorized as a "Scenic Spot" in the traditional sense of a natural landmark or park, it functions as a critical service provider that enables visitors to access and enjoy local scenic spots, attractions, and businesses. By offering temporary accommodation, the Red Roof Inn Copiague facilitates tourism and local commerce, providing a necessary "good" in the form of a place to stay for individuals exploring the region for leisure, business, or personal visits. The hotel's value proposition is centered on providing a reliable stay with key amenities, catering to travelers seeking convenience and comfort.
The environment of the Red Roof Inn Copiague is primarily that of a standard roadside hotel, designed for efficiency and guest comfort. Customer reviews indicate that the "rooms were nice" and specifically highlighted appreciation for "the way the bathroom was set up!" This suggests a focus on modern and functional interior design within the guest rooms. The hotel provides "plenty of parking," which is a significant convenience for guests traveling by car, alleviating concerns about finding a spot. The exterior environment, while perhaps not inherently picturesque, is functional, aiming to provide easy access to the rooms. The general area is described as "quiet," which contributes to a peaceful stay, allowing guests to rest without excessive external noise. However, one review noted that the "location on the other hand is sketchy and I didn't feel safe outside the hotel." This suggests that while the interior and immediate vicinity of the hotel itself may be pleasant, guests might want to exercise caution or limit walking in the broader surrounding neighborhood, especially at night. Despite this, the accessibility to "lots of restaurants and shopping nearby" indicates that guests have convenient access to essential services and leisure activities within a short distance, likely requiring vehicle use for safety and convenience.
In terms of services and features, the Red Roof Inn Copiague aims to provide a smooth and comfortable guest experience. The check-in process is described as "very smooth," indicating an efficient system for guest arrival. The core service is the provision of "very clean and comfortable" rooms, a critical aspect of any hotel stay. This commitment to cleanliness is a significant positive feature, ensuring guests feel at ease in their accommodations. Standard room amenities would typically include comfortable bedding, a television, and a private bathroom. The presence of coffee in the lobby is also a key feature, a common amenity that guests appreciate for a quick morning pick-me-up. However, the availability and management of this specific amenity were a point of contention in one review, detailing issues with an unhelpful front desk staff member regarding coffee replenishment and general hospitality. Despite this isolated incident, the broader sentiment regarding the staff was positive, with a reviewer expressing gratitude to "the staff members who did make our stay welcoming and inviting!" This suggests that while individual experiences may vary, the overall team strives to provide good service. The provision of free parking is a valuable feature for many travelers. The hotel's phone number, (631) 842-4700 or +1 631-842-4700, is available for reservations and inquiries.
The key features of the Red Roof Inn Copiague that stand out are its emphasis on clean and comfortable rooms, ample parking, and its convenient location near dining and shopping options. The hotel is designed to be a practical choice for travelers. The comfort of the rooms and the efficient check-in process contribute positively to the guest experience. The availability of parking is a significant advantage, particularly in a suburban setting where vehicle use is prevalent. Its proximity to "lots of restaurants and shopping nearby" enhances its appeal for guests looking for convenience. While the external neighborhood perception varies, the interior of the hotel and its primary offerings are geared towards a pleasant stay. The positive feedback about the general staff, apart from the specific front desk incident, indicates a dedicated team working to ensure guest satisfaction. The hotel provides essential services without unnecessary frills, catering to a market that values practicality and affordability.
Promotional information for the Red Roof Inn Copiague would focus on its strengths as a reliable and comfortable lodging choice. Local users and travelers would be invited to "Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay" at the Red Roof Inn Copiague. Key messages would highlight "spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms" and "plenty of free parking." The hotel's "prime location near Long Island's best dining and shopping" would be emphasized to showcase its convenience. Promotional materials could feature inviting images of the well-appointed guest rooms and the ease of access to nearby amenities. The hotel could also highlight its commitment to guest satisfaction by promoting positive staff interactions and encouraging guests to contact the front desk with any needs. For those seeking a practical base to explore Long Island, the Red Roof Inn Copiague could be positioned as the "ideal choice for a hassle-free visit." While addressing the specific customer service concern is an internal matter for the hotel, external promotions would naturally focus on the overall positive attributes. Special offers for extended stays or weekend getaways could be advertised to attract different types of travelers. The official phone numbers, (631) 842-4700 and +1 631-842-4700, would be prominently displayed for direct bookings and inquiries. The hotel's role as a facilitating "Scenic Spot" gateway would implicitly be conveyed by its ability to comfortably house travelers who wish to explore the numerous attractions and businesses across Long Island, making it a functional and accessible part of their journey.

Red Roof Inn Copiague Reviews
My husband and I stayed here and we had a good experience. I would've rated it 5 stars but the woman at the front desk has a real attitude problem and she was always rude to me for no reason. The first day we stayed here, we went to the lobby for coffee and we both said hello and asked how things were going when we first saw the woman and all she did was look at us up and down with a stank look on her face and replies with an attitude "good" and walked away. Then later on that day I went to the lobby for coffee by myself and as soon as this woman sees me she gives me an attitude telling me that my husband spilled little drops of coffee on the floor and that we need to clean up after ourselves next time and to make sure I tell my husband that (my husband didn't even realize he dripped coffee on the floor and neither did I). So I apologized for the mess and that I'd let my husband know. Every time I went in the lobby she never greeted me or anything. But when I saw other people walk into the lobby she was very nice and friendly to them and when she'd see my husband in the lobby when I wasn't with him she was very nice and friendly to him as well and I couldn't understand why she was so cold to me. I was nothing but polite to her. So I decided to just keep to myself and pretend she didn't exist. She is always on her cell phone making personal calls taking her sweet time to do her job. Another time I went for coffee and she was on her phone making a personal call as usual and the coffee thermos was empty. She's in charge of making the coffee in morning and I saw she set up the coffee maker but didn't brew any coffee. So I waited there a few min and she saw me waiting and she knew I was waiting for her to make the coffee but she continued to b.s. on her phone and took her sweet time doing so. I got so frustrated about her making me wait like that so I walked out. She acted like I'm beneath her and I don't know what this woman's problem is with me but she should NOT be working with the public since she likes to single people out for no reason and she doesn't do her job right. She is unprofessional and should be fired. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Other than that, the rest of the staff was very nice and my husband and I did enjoy our stay. The location on the other hand is sketchy and I didn't feel safe outside the hotel. The rooms were nice and I especially liked the way the bathroom was set up! Thank you to the staff members who did make our stay welcoming and inviting!
May 30, 2025 · Tracy Lynn BalalaosI stayed at the Red Roof Inn Copiague over the weekend. Very smooth checking in. My room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Quiet area. Would definitely stay again.
Jan 30, 2025 · SANTOS !I’ve stayed here a few times , and it’s decent and pretty nice for the price. It does have a mini fridge and working microwave, they also have iron and iron board for your clothes which came in handy for one of my button up shirts that unfortunately was wrinkled and was very happy and relieved when I noticed that in the closet! Also the staff is very friendly, I’ve never had an issue with any of them. Out of all the hotels I recently had to stay in due to having an issue finding a new apartment to move into, I’d say red roof is definitely one of the better hotels if your looking for a cheaper place under $150(weekdays) and $180( weekends) plus there’s Wendy’s,big lots and a few other stores right across the street, plus gas station so it’s in a good location!
Nov 15, 2024 · Jeanna SerpaSo I booked a week stay at this hotel. I am a rewards customer so I saved myself some money from a free night. The check in went well and when I attempted to wash my hand in the sink room 109 the sink kept fulling up because it was clogged. Then I attempted to take a shower and the pipes needed a washer. Half the water was running down while the other half was coming through the shower. It's a cheap shower head you could barely feel the pressure of the water. It was like a sprinkle. Then I looked into the microwave and it was rusty and the inside paint was peeling off. It was definitely not safe to use. I complained from the Thursday night I checked in.I had business to do so I contacted the front desk and asked if I could get the things fixed first thing in the morning. I asked what time maintenance came and they told me 9.At 10.30 nobody came to my room. Because of this it ended up costing me $40 in lift coming back home. Because I was held back at the hotel I found myself in the dark and I didn't know the area. When I was leaving I told them to put some supplies and have it in a bag for my return. This was not done. Now we are at Friday night. I called the front desk again and reminded them to have the maintenace man repair the items before I leave the Saturday. They told me most definitely. I came to the office about 9.10 am and the staff was congregating talking. It was when the clerk saw me she then told the staff I needed servives. I reminded her all I needed was supplies. I inquired about the maintenance man and this was when I was told the front desk called him and they didn't know what time he was coming to work.So now its day 3 and the items were no closer to get fixed. At this point I told the front desk that I'm not doing the back and forth everyday. It was apparent that because I was staying for a week they didntcare to fix anything. What upsetted me is how these Pakistani people kept gas lighting me promising me to fix the items all While my business had to be put on hold and it was costing me all kinds of money.I told the clerk that I was leaving and please to have my money for the rest of the stay ready. I also told her to remember my $50 deposit. She told me sure I could check out and I would be given my money. While I'm in my room packing the front desk was calling me by this time I was checking out I didnt care if the mantenance guy was there or not. I then decided to get a third party involved by calling the police. When the police came it then became they didnt have any cash and I was the one leaving. I told them to give me a time to return for my money and they told me anytime the following day. After these people costed me all kinds of money in uber and extra money for a brand new hotel you would think they would give me back my refund and save me coming back. When I'm leaving the clerk was taking her own sweet time after I told her I was running late. I had to wait another 20 minutes and she then asked me wants my number. I asked her why she needed my number and she said to call me when she had the money.I told her mam you already told me tomorrow you need to give me a time. So she told me 2. I will edit this review when I go there to pick up my money. I have a feeling they going to try and pull something. But I will be calling the police again
Feb 08, 2025 · Ashley ReynoldsI attended a wake/funeral in Babylon NY on 11/15 and needed an overnight stay. I called the motel directly and spoke with Maha. She was very delightful and accommodating.Coming from Connecticut, I was somewhat apprehensive, but she assured me the stay would be delightful. That was an understatement. The room (207) was great and the parking on their premises was no problem. I would certainly return again.
