Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel Introduce
The Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel, located at 134-16 36th Road, Flushing, NY 11354, functions as a practical and strategically positioned establishment within the "Scenic Spot" platform category. While not a scenic landmark itself, its primary value lies in its ability to provide convenient access to numerous "scenic spots" and attractions throughout Flushing, Queens, and the greater New York City area. It serves as a necessary base for travelers who prioritize location and affordability while exploring the vibrant urban landscape. This detailed introduction will objectively assess its environment, services, features, and promotional aspects based on available information, including customer reviews.
The environment of the Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel is deeply rooted in the bustling, diverse, and vibrant urban fabric of Flushing, Queens. Situated on 36th Road, the hotel benefits from its proximity to major cultural and commercial arteries, notably being "right off of Prince Street," which is renowned for its abundance of diverse restaurants. This immediate environment offers a sensory rich experience, from the aromas of global cuisine to the sounds of a lively neighborhood. The hotel's location is particularly advantageous for those attending events at Citi Field, as it is just an 18-minute walk away, or for those frequenting Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, which is a 13-minute walk. Furthermore, its closeness to the Flushing-Main Street Station provides excellent connectivity to the wider NYC subway and bus networks, making the entire city accessible. While not offering serene natural vistas from every window, the hotel’s environment is a dynamic urban one, providing an authentic slice of New York City life and acting as a convenient launchpad for exploring its diverse attractions.
The services offered by the Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel are primarily designed to cater to the essential needs of travelers. The core "good" or "service" is, of course, comfortable lodging. Guests can expect a 24-hour front desk service, which is crucial for check-ins, check-outs, and addressing any immediate concerns at any time, even if, as one review noted, guest interaction might be minimal. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, though one reviewer mentioned it being cut off before the 11 AM check-out time. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning for comfort. Daily housekeeping services are offered, aiming to maintain cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel also provides luggage storage, which, while described as "odd and random" by one guest (in a closet with other items), nonetheless fulfills the practical need for securely holding belongings before or after check-in/out times. For convenience, there are vending machines on-site for snacks and beverages. Other listed services include express check-out and potentially a barber shop. While the experience of some services might vary, the hotel endeavors to provide fundamental amenities for a functional stay.
The features of the Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel, as gathered from various sources and reviews, indicate a focus on basic comfort and utility. Rooms are described as "small but good," featuring essential elements such as private bathrooms with a bathtub or shower, and basic toiletries. In-room entertainment includes flat-screen TVs, some with streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, and satellite programming. For convenience, rooms are equipped with tea/coffee makers, mini-fridges, and microwaves. Beds are noted to have premium bedding and down comforters, although one reviewer found blankets "too thin" and had to request more, suggesting an area for improvement. Soundproof windows are mentioned as a feature, though a review indicates noise from hallways can be an issue, pointing to potential inconsistencies in sound insulation. Paid parking is available nearby or on-site (though limited and subject to height restrictions) for a fee of USD 50 per night, which is a significant feature in a dense urban area like Flushing. The hotel also has an elevator, visual alarms in hallways, lever door handles, and smooth flooring for accessibility. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival. The property was reportedly built and renovated in 2023, suggesting relatively modern facilities.
Promotional information for the Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel heavily emphasizes its prime location as its strongest asset. It is marketed as "affordable comfort near NYC attractions," providing "easy access to Times Square, Central Park, Citi Field, and more." Its proximity to LaGuardia Airport (LGA, approximately 2 miles away) is a key selling point for travelers. The hotel highlights its strategic placement near a subway and bus station ("a short walk to Flushing-Main St. Station") to promote "city exploration with ease." For sports fans, being within walking distance of Citi Field and Arthur Ashe Stadium is a major draw, actively promoted as "Landmark CITI Field." While customer reviews highlight some areas for improvement in cleanliness and service interaction, the hotel's promotional strategy would focus on its functional advantages: its cost-effectiveness, its proximity to major transportation hubs, and its role as a practical base for exploring the diverse "scenic spots" of New York City. The hotel aims to redefine the "New York experience" by offering a convenient and accessible stay, enabling guests to focus on their adventures rather than their accommodation. The 24/7 direct phone numbers, (347) 501-5151 and +1 347-501-5151, are consistently provided for booking and inquiries.

Regal Inn & Suites New York LaGuardia Hotel Reviews
Great Stay, loved the location since i was going to the Mets game 2 of the four days. Room are small but good, towels little overused, front desk no interaction with guests. Check out at 11am (wifi cut off) before 7am. We checked out at 8am our flight was at 11:30.Besides that great location for trains to travel all NYC.
May 12, 2025 · Luis RolonIt did the job... I guess? I stayed here for the location. Right off of Prince Street (lots of restaurants nearby!) and a short walk to Flushing-Main St. Station. The bathroom was quite dirty. You could see stains on the walls and build up in the corners. Showering didn't feel great. The toilet paper roll also fell off the holder often, which was annoying and unsanitary. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets were cheap and way too thin. I had to request for more blankets! I'm a heavy sleeper, but the walls are not well insulated. I could hear people in the hallways talking... And I was shocked to see the CLEANING STAFF would be talking loudly over the phone or playing loud music. Ironic, since the fromt desk had a sign that said "No loud music allowed".Before leaving and checking out, I requested to store my luggage with them for the afternoon. Funny enough - they guided me to a random storage closet on the second floor of the building... Just casually put my luggage in there with a bunch of random things (broken chairs, old tables, etc). This did the job, but super odd and random.
May 10, 2024 · Alisa B.We had a great experience as we were traveling from 13 hours and badly needed an early check inn they provided us room was great service was awesome and location was also not bad since it was only 10min to subway station. We took Subway and went everywhere and came back without any issues. Much recommend.
Aug 20, 2024 · M. Ali KhanClean ok place but customer service is horrible. Plus, they didn't want to refund me my money double charge me even though I was just staying a few hours before. So stay here if you want to get hustled I will go somewhere else with a reputable name.
