Place was clean inside, but you have to pay a $50 deposit in the front in cash! I've never had to pay a hotel deposit in cash. Very weird. Also when we checked out the workers at the front desk "lost" the paper we had to sign saying we paid our deposit, so we ended up waiting for almost an hour for them to find it to return us our deposit! Like clearly we paid a deposit because we stayed there for a couple of nights right? I feel like if they didn't find it they would have tried not to return us our money. Smart TV didn't work. And the guy at the front desk was SUPER weird. 10 mintues after checking into the room he used the master key to come inside and said he was there to drop off towels! We didn't request towels! What place brings towels and uses a master key to come inside? Thankfully I had the latch on so he couldn't come all the way in. Also we never got a key the whole time we stayed there we had to have him let us in everytime we went in or out. I would never stay here again they're sketchy.

Jun 17, 2024 · Jullian PhippsFirstly, I was supposed to stay here for 2. Nights & that did not happen. Reason being, they had bed bugs!! I literally checked out the next day after realizing the bugs crawling on the mattress & bought it to the attention of front desk! They offered to change the room at first and then when I told them I’m going to check out the guy at the front desk offered to give back a partial credit. I still have not received any credit from them & when I called and told them that I have bites on my arm from their bedbugs, the same gentle man that offered the credit was rushing me off the phone & telling me he offered a credit. Until this day I have NOT received any credit & I was completely inconvenienced! I would NOT recommend staying here!!!! Definitely not worth it!

People was smoking weed on the stairs of the hotel. No microwave in the rooms you have to go downstairs to heat your food.the pillows was dirty.when we came no towels in bathroom and then they brought us some towels with stains on it . Worst experience in my whole life .even the room was smelling old clothes .
