Poorly maintained. Some grass was cut, and some wasn't. No park employees or police presence. Men sleeping in the park throughout. Trash in the grass and on the steps, it's a shame because it is a beautiful park. Many groups of men but no children playing in the playgrounds. Very sad. Gibbs and I enjoyed our walk. Women and children may feel unsafe because of all the men and trash and no park staff or police presence. - Alith M
